- Centrally located for carnival events and various fetes - ⁠Next door to lots of amenities (bank ATM, KFC & quick fast food, shopping mall, supermarket for water and groceries, lots of restaurants, coffee shop) - ⁠Great property amenities: secure gated entry, very nice albeit small swimming pool, beautiful morning view overlooking the water, well stocked house with necessities, and very clean - ⁠Very spacious house for 4 people, could have easily fit 6-8 if needed - ⁠Very friendly, helpful, responsive property manager Downside - Beside a club with music, but it didn't bother us too much Had coordinating one key to the gate between multiple people. Maybe more than one gate key can be provided. In general - highly recommend, the host made our experience 100X better
