Located just a few minutes away from the entertainment hub of Rodney Bay and the Marina, is this fully air conditioned charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom upstairs apartment is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood of Bonne Terre.

The apartment has a spacious living room, dining area and well-appointed kitchen that has a pantry with ample storage space. Beyond this area is a private covered patio suitable for outdoor lunches or games night. A short staircase leads to the laundry room with a utility sink, washer and dryer.

All bedrooms are equipped with built in wardrobes, dressers and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are similar in design with a stand-in shower and single vanity.

The apartment can be accessed by a manual gate with a paved driveway which leads to the designated parking spot. The front patio area is quite roomy and overlooks the green landscape around the property and the distant hills beyond.

Great House - Noisy neighbor dogs

The property and the owner were absolutely great. The house was just as expected, with a large kitchen, comfy bedrooms, and a spectacular location. The only drawback were the dogs on either side of the property that started barking at each other around 5:00 am every morning and never stopped barking for hours...
