Generally it's not necessary to hire a car when staying here unless you want to explore further afield as there is a beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc all within easy walking distance. However, I agree it's nice to be adventurous and see what else the island has to offer. It's a beautiful island and worth exploring fully. We have the fastest WiFi service available on the island so if it was a little slow one day, it must have been an island wide issue. Most times it's a fast and reliable service. Hi Germaine Thank you for your glowing review. Yes, the location is ideal for holiday makers and most guests don't feel the need to hire a rental car because of the close proximity to everything. I noted your comment about coffee, bottled water and fresh flowers. We are now putting bottled water in the fridge prior to guest arrivals. Flowers and coffee I may consider once guests are paying full rates again post pandemic. In the meantime, the discounted rates do not allow for extra luxuries. The kitchenware has been given a thorough clean and I'm happy that you found the property to be very clean overall. Mathilda, the housekeeper, has been taking care of this property for 5 years since I bought it, and always does her very best to have it as clean as possible for guest arrivals. The patio is very private and meals outside can be enjoyed in tranquility. The tropical gardens are well maintained and the pool is always clean and sparkling........without the chlorine!
