Our exclusive holiday rentals:<br><br>Our holiday apartments measure 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people (e.g., 2 adults + 2 children). In addition to being fully equipped, they feature 1 bedroom, 1 living/sleeping area, 1 open-concept kitchen with a dining area, and, of course, a bathroom, as well as a furnished terrace with a garden or a balcony overlooking the lake. <br><br>"Seeblick" Holiday Rental <br> This apartment is located on the ground floor.<br><br>It features a balcony with a lake view.<br><br> This apartment also has an lift; however, it is not truly wheelchair-accessible, though the apartment itself is barrier-free. <br><br>Large windows allow plenty of light into the rooms, and during the cold season, underfloor heating ensures a cosy atmosphere.<br><br>Smoking is permitted only outdoors, and we ask that you dispose of cigarette butts only in the designated containers.<br><br>The beach, the playground, and the wellness hotel are just a few minutes away, as are restaurants and bars.<br><br>The swimming beach has been officially open since June 2025. <br><br>We, of course, provide our guests with TV, a private parking space, and Wi-Fi free of charge.<br><br>Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.<br><br>Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.<br><br>Children are, of course, welcome :-)<br><br>Pets are welcome in the “Hafenkante” apartment = €10/night/pet and by prior arrangement<br><br>Parties/events are not permitted<br><br>Minimum age of primary renter: 18<br><br>Between Berlin and Dresden, the flooding of former open-pit mines is creating Europe’s largest artificial lake landscape. A spectacular aquatic world with more than 20 artificial lakes connected by navigable canals, forming a landscape of unique proportions. Where gigantic excavators once dug through the earth, holidaymakers now take to the water, go fishing, swim, or surf. In the Lusatian Lake District, you’ll experience a transformation of the landscape that could hardly be more spectacular.<br><br>Großräschen is located right next to the A13 highway and is an hour’s drive from Berlin and 45 minutes from Dresden. The harbour basin for what would later become the city harbour was constructed on behalf of the federally owned Lausitz and Central German Mining Company (LMBV). It will fill with water as the water level of Lake Großräschen continues to rise.
