"Staff was great and room was nice"

"Everything was great and my only complain has nothing to do with the staff but with how thin the floors are. Someone who was above me was walking heavily during my entire stay. They obviously didn't know that you were supposed to walk on the pads of your feet instead of your heels. They woke me up the 3 nights I stayed so that wasn't good. Other than that, my stay was great."

"This hotel pleasantly surprised us due to its location - we first thought it is far from the center of Brussel compared to other hotels around the palace. It is only 5 minutes walk from to palace and is right on the side of the central trains station, which makes a short day trip such as to Gent very easy. The staff is very helpful and nice and breakfast is of high quality too."

"really nice hotel, cozy room with enough space. Clean toilet and bathroom. Not very sound proof though, can hear clearly what neighbors are busying with. "

"Great location in old town. The hotel is generally lovely and you can tell they have put the effort into the lobby. The rooms were nice but not as nice as other Hiltons. Restaurant and bar really good"
