Optimal für kleine Kinder

Kleiner Hof mit netten Wohnungen, die alles für einen ordentlichen Aufenthalt anbieten. Die Anlage bietet für kleine Kinder einen kleinen Spielplatz, diverse kleine Fahrzeuge und zahlreiche Tiere im eingezäunten Bereich zum Bestaunen. Die Lage ist trotz der relativ zentralen Lage ruhig. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Entspannte Woche in TOP Domizil

Ein sehr schöner Hof mit vollständig, gut eingerichteten und hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben mit 2 Personen (Freundinnen Ü50) hier 1 Woche Rad-Urlaub verbracht. Besonders passend fanden wir die 2 separaten Schlafzimmer und die abgeschlossene Garage mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes. Sehr schöne Radtouren beginnen direkt vor der Haustür. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Natur mit Weiden und Tieren ist entspannend. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir danken Fam. Roßkamp für eine erholsame Woche, die wir hier verbringen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können den Hof uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ik heb de accomodatie geboekt voor mijn moeder en dochter. Ik ben er dus zelf niet geweest. Wat ik van hen gehoord heb is schoon, rustig, prima. Er waren geen kruiden enz. aanwezig, dus als je van plan bent om zelf te koken dan moet je dit wel meenemen of ter plekke kopen.

Super Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben in der Unterkunft beruflich übernachtet. Es war wirklich sehr schön. Tolle Wohnung, Parkmöglichkeit selbst für unseren großen Bulli und super nette Gastgeber, die wir am Abend noch auf dem Stadtfest kennenlernen durften. Dank der Lage im Grünen kam jeden Abend bei unserer Ankunft direkt Entspannung auf. Die Küche war ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, so dass der Selbstversorgung in der Wohnung nichts entgegenstand. Wir haben die Übernachtung wirklich sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Simply Ideal!

Everything was just ideal. The apartment was so cozy that we felt to be home from the first day. The smallest detail was very well planned and implemented. Nothing was missing and nothing was odd. The biggest surprise was when even a US/UK socket adapter was provided in 5 mins. We had forgotten to take some with us and we would be in a big trouble not being able to use/charge our mobiles, pads, laptop, camera, etc. The yard was so good that it was sometimes very difficult to convince the kids to go somewhere. We had actually found more than we were expecting after seeing the photos and reading descriptions. A football pitch with goals for example. The location was even better. We had so many possibilities to choose from during the breakfast. Cycle to the beach or forest for a picnic or to center for some shopping. Drive to Bremen, Dusseldorf, Amsterdam, etc. We have even driven to Brussels (~=3hrs) spent a wonderful day in the center and Europa Park. But the best was of course the family. Extremely friendly, helpful, positive (including children). Million thanks to our hosts, to Gronau and to Germany. Vielen Dank fur alles!!! family Melikyan

Damit kann man nichts falsch machen

Wir suchten eine Ferienwohnung in einer deutschen Stadt, aber in der Nähe zu den Niederlanden. Außerdem sollten gute Bedingungen zum Fahrrad fahren vorhanden sein. Gestoßen sind wir dabei auf das Städtchen Gronau. Gefunden haben wir dann die für uns passende Wohnung am Hof Roßkamp. Idyllisch und ruhig am Stadtrand von Gronau gelegen und dennoch war das Stadtzentrum mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt gibt es am Hof 6 Ferienwohnungen (3 Parterre mit Terrasse und Spielwiese (barrierefrei) und 3 im 1. Stock mit Balkon (Spielwiese kann aber auch von diesen Bewohnern genutzt werden). Die Wohnungen sind noch neu (keine 2 Jahre alt), geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber (also nicht diese Kategorie Wohnung bei der man bei Ankunft denkt "Das Geschirr und Besteck spüle ich aber lieber mal durch!"). Im Schuppen gegenüber durften wir unsere Fahrräder abschließbar abstellen. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und hatten gute Tipps für uns auf Lager. Die ganze Abwicklung verlief reibungslos. Gerne empfehlen wir den Hof Roßkamp weiter.

Hier moet je zijn!!!

Dit is de perfecte vakantiewoning die je je maar wensen kan! Ontzettend attente eigenaren die met veel zorg, aandacht en liefde de woning hebben ingericht. Alles wat je je wensen kan voor je vakantie is hier aanwezig. Open de tuindeur in de woonkamer en de kinderen kunnen met een gerust hart veilig en heerlijk spelen in het klimrek en schommel.

superb location; great price - at least 5 stars!

We had an absulotely superb stay in one of the appartments. The hosts are very kind and helpful, and have done everything to make sure that truly nothing is lacking in the appartments. The appartments are brand new and very nicely decorated. Stylish & high quality. Kitchen has about everything. They should deserve 6 stars. Overlooking the fields, situated at the green outskirts of Gronau, with your own private parking and a secure, private playground for the kids, what more could you want?

Wirklich super!!!! Zu empfehlen!

Wir haben zu viert ein Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Hier stimmt wriklich alles! Die Vermieter sind super nett und stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Auch kleine Aushilfen (Haartrockner, Eiswürfel, Tischreservierungen) wurden sehr gern gemacht. Tolle Ideen für Ausflüge vor Ort inklusive! Und die Wohnung ist echt super - alles sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist klasse, es fehlte an nichts. Ein wirklich sehr gelungenes Ambiente. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub!!!
