This imposing stone house offers quality accommodation with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large, comfortable living room for socializing. The terrace will also charm you all season long. Come and discover the hidden treasures of the region while enjoying the timeless charm of Le Promontoire, an ideal location for an unforgettable vacation. As you arrive at the front of this early 19th-century house, you'll be greeted by a magnificent terrace, part of which is covered, ideal for making the most of the summer. After entering the house, you'll discover a dining room opening onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a small living room. This living space offers a convivial atmosphere for everyone to go about their business. Follow the corridor to discover the first two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. These cozy rooms, with their old-fashioned fireplaces, have plenty of storage space and a view over the village. At the end of the corridor, you'll find a magnificent living room, enthroned around the fireplace. It's a very convivial place, ideal for entertaining family and friends. One of the sofas can be folded out to provide sleeping accommodation for two (extra charge). A door leads to the third bedroom on the first floor, in the tower of the house, a small stone room with a single bed. Ideal for a child's castle dreams! Upstairs, you'll find a very large bedroom, complete with brand-new bathroom with shower and bathtub. An office area is also available. We supply and install a complete hotel-quality linen kit for all beds, as well as towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and starter kits for kitchen, bathroom and cleaning products. This comfortable home offers both space and conviviality. It's perfect for groups looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating vacation, as well as for those who want to spend quality time with family and friends. Pros: De rustige plek midden in het natuur. De mensen in de omgeving zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan ook de drukte opzoeken van Sarlat. Arthur en Elise was ook bereid om mee te denken in tips en oplossingen. Ze reageren snel. Cons: Voorgesteld om de pannen te vervangen, ze zijn niet geschikt om mee te koken. We missen ook een wokpan om mij te wokken.
