This is exactly the right place for a relaxing holiday: the Swedish-style house “
” (built in 2016) beneath the canopy of the old linden tree.

You’ll find all of this in and around our Lindhus. Instead of focusing on trends and pretentiousness, we prioritise cosiness, naturalness, and sustainability. The beautiful bamboo flooring is best experienced barefoot; the bathrooms, tiled with natural stone, are small but charming; and the living, cooking, and dining area is spacious and fully equipped, leaving nothing to be desired even for a larger group. In the bedrooms, natural materials dominate the choice of furnishings...
The house is wheelchair-accessible and has no tripping hazards except for a rug in the sofa area. Up to 8 guests can feel right at home in just under 100 square metres.
The small village of Grödersby, located above Arnis’ and the Schlei, is the ideal starting point for short and long walks and bike rides along the Schlei and Baltic Sea beaches. It’s easy to leave your car behind—not just in the summer. The vastness of the landscape and the darkness at night, without streetlights, are what guests enjoy most.
A bus runs to Kappeln from time to time, so you don’t have to rely on a car. And if you’re coming in an electric car: charging is no problem :), and there’s space for your bikes in a shed.
