Great property in a perfect location

What a great property in a great location. Everything you could need for your stay. Great little shop next door. Despite the weather being very very hot and there not being any air conditioning the apartment stayed cool and fans are available if you need them. We would recommend and would definitely stay here again

I booked this apartment for my parents to stay while we were in another property nearby. It's a great place and keeps all that is promised in the description! Right by the little supermarket and café and with direct access to the beach and to the canals. We would book it again if it is available!

Bien immobilier en adéquation avec l'annonce. Chambres petites avec peu de rangements mais fonctionnelles. Pour les journées avec plus de 30°, une climatisation (principalement dans les chambres) serait un plus! Emplacement idéal avec accès direct à la plage (super pour les ados- Commerces accessibles très rapidement / parking extérieur sécurisé. Tout se fait à pieds... Propriétaires et gérant immobilier restent facilement accessibles. Malgré les quelques petits constats cités ci-dessus, nous pensons y revenir avec plaisir...

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage

Wir waren mit der 4-köpfigen Familie für eine Woche am Anfang Juni in der Wohnung. Da es noch kein Hauptsaison war, war die Umgebung sehr ruhig, relativ wenig Urlauber am Strand (direkt vor dem Gebäude) und in Port Grimaud. Wahrscheinlich desswegen war der benachbarte Café noch geschlossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier, wir können es denjenigen, die direkt am Strand wohnen wollen, sehr empfehlen. Die Doppelbetten waren für uns etwas schmal, aber für die paar Nächte okay. Die Luft in der Wohnung war etwas stickig, aber wenn die Fenster und die Terrassentür geöffnet waren, war es wieder sehr angenehm in der Wohnung. Die überdachte Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Essen und Plaudern an der frischen Luft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es ist ratsam, die Küchenutensilien vor dem Gebrauch zu waschen, da man noch Reste vom vorherigen Gebrauch finden konnte. Was sonst noch wichtig sein könnte: - Die Grünfläche vor der Terrasse darf nicht benutzt werden, nur als Zugang zum Strand. (Informationen dazu findet man übrigens in der Wohnung, leider nur zu spät gelesen). Wir ließen unsere nasse Strandausrüstung zum Trocknen in der Sonne liegen und wurden kurz darauf gewarnt. Angeblich beobachten die Leute von der Nachbarschaft das... - Parken kann man auf dem ca. 150 m entfernten, geschlossenen Parkplatz. Mit einer vom Eigentümer zur Verfügung gestellten Karte können Sie ihn kostenlos nutzen. Für die Einfahrt in das Wohngebiet kann eine andere Karte verwenden werden, mit der man maximal eine Stunde drinnen parken darf (sonst kriegt man die nächste Mahnung von der Verwaltung) - Den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang über der Bucht von St. Tropez sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie liegt wirklich direkt am Strand, ist eher einfach, aber sehr gepflegt und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir waren Anfang September da, das war perfekt. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es in der Hochsaison nachts doch ein bisschen laut sein könnte, da zwei der drei Schlafzimmer ebenerdig zur „Straße“ sind und direkt vor den Fenstern ein Café ist. Das macht es schwierig nachts die Fenster zu öffnen. Für uns wie gesagt unproblematisch, wir haben es rundum genossen

Schöne Wohnung an super Lage

Saubere Wohnung an top Lage. Ideal für Familien. Der Strand beginnt gleich nach dem Gartensitzplatz, der kleine Dorfladen ist hinter dem Haus, ebenso ein Café mit Gelateria. Port Grimaud ist wirklich wunderschön und der Strand breit und mit vielen Wassersportmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schön, aber...

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Appartement; wunderbar gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer; direkt an den Strand angrenzend. Innert 30 Sekunden ist man am Wasser; speziell an einem heissen Strandtag ist die kurze Distanz 'nach Hause' Gold wert. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden; auch klappte die Übernahme/Übergabe störungsfrei. Sehr, sehr schade ist hingegen, dass die herrliche Rasenwiese NICHT benützt werden darf! Dies obschon nur eine einzelne Parterre-Wohnung vorhanden ist. Diese Wiese war für uns - neben der Nähe zum Strand - einer der Hauptgründe für die Buchung (Baby-Pool, Spielplatz für die Kinder, Sonnenplatz, eventuell mit einem kleinen Zelt als Schattenplatz, etc.). Nun, als wir diese Wiese zum ersten Mal benützt haben (im Unwissen, dass dies offenbar nicht erlaubt ist - warum eigentlich...?), wurden wir von den Nachbarn heimlich fotografiert/gefilmt; diese Fotos/Filme wurden scheinbar dem Besitzer übermittelt. Auf alle Fälle wurden wir sogleich vom Hausdienst angewiesen, die Wiese nicht mehr zu betreten. Schade, schade. Dafür läuft nachts der Rasensprinkler für diese nicht betretbare Wiese, wodurch es unmöglich wird, das Fenster im Schlafzimmer offen zu lassen. Die Terrasse ist leider etwas gar klein, so dass wir die Infrastruktur vor dem Appartement letztlich gar nicht mehr benutzt haben. Die Sauberkeit ist soso lala; für französische Verhältnisse wohl in Ordnung, für schweizerische eher schmuddelig. Auch das Internet/TV lief teilweise längere Zeit nicht. Eine Rüge an dieser Stelle noch an den Vormieter des Appartements: der/die Mieter vor unserer Ankunft haben es leider nicht für nötig befunden, weder die Abwaschmaschine auszuräumen, noch die totgeschlagenen Mücken von den Wänden zu kratzen. Na ja, es gibt solche und solche. Fazit: Insgesamt trotzdem eine sehr gute Bewertung, weil sowohl das naheliegende Dorf Port Grimaud reizend ist, als auch das Appartement im Grundsatz sehr adrett und vor allem ausgezeichnet gelegen ist. Die (sehr unfreundlichen und griesgrämigen) Nachbarn sind aber wirklich ein Ärgernis - dies sollte für die Zukunft unbedingt geklärt werden (Fotografieren der Gäste > Datenschutz sowie Nichtbenützung der Rasenwiese). Ausserdem wäre der Einbau einer Klima-Anlage wünschenswert.

Very enjoyable stay with easy going landlords and friendly support on the spot. We travelled with children aged 7months and 2,5 years and there was nothing to wish for. If you travel off season, be prepared for a tranquil environment with almost all shops and restaurants closed in Port Grimaud. Small supermarket and simple restaurants within walking distance. Appartement mit bester Lage direkt am Strand

3-Zimmer Appartement mit ordentlicher Größe. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt mit direktem Strandzugang von der Terasse aus. Weiterhin ist es 5 Gehminuten von Port Grimaud mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants entfernt. Die Küche ist etwas älter, aber mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Grundsätzlich muss man wissen, dass die Franzosen es nicht so sehr mit der Sauberkeit haben, weshalb auch dieses Appartement nicht 100% sauber war. Gerade auf den Betten waren einige Haare zu finden. Ansonsten war es in Ordnung.
