This home has been recently updated with many modern touches and is professionally decorated. You will enjoy the quiet and remote forest atmosphere of Greer with all of the comforts of home. There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps 2. Modern kitchen with high-end appliances. Access to a private lake to fish, paddle, or swim. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on a wrap-around deck with a hot tub, outdoor grill, and dining area. The home is very well loved, which means there is some wear and tear. You may find some paint peeling in the bathroom, but nothing that affects the usability of the bathrooms. The gas fireplace in the living room is temporarily not functioning while we wait for a part. But as they say, a house isn’t a home without a little character ;)
