Greenwood Memorial Park

‼️DISCLAIMER‼️ they do not have Wi-Fi in the rooms nor any cell service in the area. The only area that has Wi-Fi is the front office and directly behind the office building. The hotel has a nice view of the ocean, but I did not know about the Wi-Fi issue until I arrived.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. We specifically reserved and paid for a room with a water view, but instead, our view was completely obstructed by a huge cruise ship docked directly in front of our room. In addition to the disappointing view, we were disturbed by the noise of passengers disembarking, followed by loud trucks delivering food and supplies to the cruise ship. This significantly affected our comfort and enjoyment of the stay. This was simply not the experience we expected, especially considering the price we paid for a room with a water view. We do not feel that the room we received met our expectations or justified the amount charged. We therefore believe that a refund is warranted and would appreciate your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Thank you for your attention. We look forward to hearing from you.
