I really enjoyed the location, easy walk to a beautiful park next to lake Washington. and not to far from The Landing (shopping theater etc) Its probably really nice during the summer - with boat rental, paddle board etc. Breakfast was good, clean room and nice staff. ( Parking n/a.) Price a little high -

My go to for Renton stays. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms and rooftop are very recently renovated. Nice breakfast options and the 24 hour coffee is very good (from a coffee snob)

Check out was noon! Especially, helpful when flights are delayed as our was. It also allowed more visit time with family. And a stress-less ride to the airport without the big hurry. Plus, being able to leave bags behind with concierge for a few hours making lunch trips easier to navigate. Room was cleaned daily which was a nice surprise. The breakfast buffet is also a big plus with variety changing each day. Front desk Staff was friendly & helpful too.

Everything about the room was good. But the parking garage is a cluster if you have a car any bigger than a compact. But there is nowhere else to park, so you’re stuck. The runny scrambled eggs and yogurt that’s not even yogurt were disappointing for breakfast. Would rather have less options if they could be good, instead of lots of options that aren’t appetizing.

This is a good hotel in Renton at the S. end of Lake Washington and North end of the Renton Landing area. Shopping and plenty of dining options are nearby. Close to the freeway (easy on/off). On-site parking for a reasonable fee. And a free, warm breakfast everyday. I would return.
