Access to the backyard is perfect and there is a lot to do (corn hole, hot tube, huge fire pit and half pipe). Properly is exactly as described. Bedding and towels are very clean. Property manager quickly responded to my questions ( that were already answered in the paperwork sent to me) but she was very helpful anyway.
