"Staff always there to help Rooms clean and requests for additional linen or kitchen items sorted immediately. This is an older establishment but very tidy and only a 2min walk to the Centre of town and amenities as per a country town. If you like swimming the town pool is now open."

"room was located behind the office area - beside the pool - parking for this room was not ideal for a couple over 70! However the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The info on line was very minimal - said tea making facilities and microwave and iron and ironing board. All that was good. Didn't mention a toaster was there (so we took our own !) Had crockery and cutlery - not mentioned - we again took our own!!!! could have saved ourselves a bit of space in small car! Disappointed there was no folder with local help for where to go for meals etc. No info about the free wifi to get connected nor info on the free Netflix etc as it kept asking you to join etc etc.! The locality is on the outer rim of the city so a quiet location. Opposite is a large shopping complex with Coles and Woolworths and Big W and a food mall. The spare blanket - very warm but had very dark stains in the middle of blanket! The receptionist was a little hard to understand. However there were a couple of brochures from a local Tourist Bus company and we were able to save ourselves some grief trying to get the car into the flower parade area and seating problems as they had it all covered and they also had tickets for the special train to Spring Bluff. The room was next to the pool and would be ideal for a family of kids who like the pool. Lucky for us the weather wasn't warm enough to the pool to be used so was a quiet location!"

Toowoomba Central Plaza Apartment Hotel

"We liked the proximities to so many places. Perfect for viewing the Carnival of Flowers Street Parade. Next door to Burke & Wills restaurant, Zach's. Good food & service. Near The Rock One bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. Newly connected Foxtel allowed is to watch the AFL & NRL finals live. Lighting was dim but serviceable. We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood. I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during our stay Parking was first come, best position and narrow bays. Staff at checkin were pleasant. Two lifts became busy at times."
