"Overall great stay! We loved our rooms and pool+ocean view. The activities were really awesome, we tried ti leaf lei, plant press painting and also enjoyed the hula show a lot. In unit washer dryer was helpful. Kitchen was well equiped with utensils (no spices or any food present).. The activity convierge staff Connor was really awesome and suggested great beaches and food places. The reception staff was rude if asked questions and their check in is like really long full of instructions. the pool was very dirty for all 3 days, full of insects small and large. Didnt see them clean at all. They charge a lot for beach equipment rentals which are given for free by other resorts we have stayed in. The phone in rooms wasnt working, and they have only one maintenance guy for everything. No house cleaning if staying less than 10 days."

"This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in Kona. If you are doing Manta Ray snorkeling, the launch is just a few minutes walk away to all the different companies. The staff in the lobby can even help you book it. Breakfast buffet was really good, mainlanders may think it is expensive but you will pay the same or more anywhere else. After a big rain there was standing water in various spots of the hotel including our lanai. But this is a really nice hotel"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the view and location, as it's quite close to the airport and Costco. The house looked nice, there were newer appliances and even laundry detergent.However parts of the screens were detached from the wall, leading to a lot of little flying insects and ants inside. I requested to have the screens fixed and reported a wobbly ceiling fan that wouldn't stop, but nothing was done. In fact, they claimed a handyman came and fixed the fan, but it still wasn't working properly."

"Our stay here was very nice. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. I love that they have a bin of beach toys and chairs that you can use. It has a great location. The only down side was the employee that was rude about us parking in the reserved instead of the limited unloading. He could have explained it nicer. The mongoose situation is a little out of control as well."

"We had the opportunity to have our wedding on the property. Candi host made this event as smooth and easy as one could ever ask for the property and its facilities were absolutely perfect. Our event was the magical moment that my wife and I and our entire family had hoped it would be and the property is amazing. The pictures of the property in the listing do not do it the justice it deserves, and we look forward to the opportunity to come back."
