Unique 75 year old converted barn with beautiful loft bedroom.

  • The street address is 3 Crestline Rd and located at the base of Paris Mountain 4 miles from downtown Greenville and 3 miles to Furman University and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Five miles south of Travelers Rest and 45 miles south of Hendersonville NC.
    1 bedroom with queen bed and 1/2 bath in loft, full bath on main level. Full kitchen and dinning area with all appliances. Living room with TV. Air mattress for 3rd and 4th accommodations. Easy access off US Hwy 25.

    This is a non-smoking property and sorry but pets are not allowed.

The house was very clean and the check in process very easy. The location is very convenient to downtown Greenville as well as Travelers Rest and Paris Mountain. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with appliances. It was nice to be able to cook dinners at the house. We would definetly stay here again.

Visiting the area to show my wife my alma mater after nearly a decade away. The cottage is very well located for visiting Greenville or TR/Furman. Very cozy, clean, and well appointed. Check in/out was super easy. Overall a great stay and would stay again on future visits.

For us, this was a perfect home base to visit our daughter who is a student at furman. It was quiet and clean, spacious and restful. If we had wanted to cook, we could have. Would recommend! And would definitely stay again!

Short 2 day get away. Love the cottage. Very cozy, clean and quiet. The Peddler restaurant has the best food. Suggest one get reservations because we had a 2 hour wait to get in. Food was worth it though. I will definitely seek this cottage for future stays.

Always stay here. We love it! The neighborhood is quiet (aside from the rooster) and neighborly but it is very close to highways to get you where you want to go. The owner is very accommodating and helpful and we just love the whole experience!

Photos do not do it justice!

This is the second time we have stayed at Mrs. Duff’s Cottage, or as we call it “The Barn”. It’s perfect for the two of us, conveniently located, and very comfortable. The only reason I have it a 4* rating on Accuracy of Listing is because the photos don’t do it justice. It’s so much more spacious and nicer than the photos show. And the neighbors are great too.
