This brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bath getaway blends modern comfort with classic charm in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Greenville. Enjoy sleek finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, smart home features, and a spacious deck perfect for relaxing. Just minutes from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, restaurants, and local hotspots—ideal for both adventure and relaxation. Pet Policy & Fees: No pets allowed. Cleaning & Safety: We prioritize professional cleaning and disinfection to ensure guest safety. Family-Friendly: Pack-n-plays, high chairs, and toys are available upon request (fees may apply). Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for an additional fee (subject to availability). Cancellations: Please keep in mind that we will keep 3% of the payment you made to us to cover the credit card fees we had to pay at the time of booking. All renters are responsible for any intentional damages or theft at our rental properties. Additional charges may apply for items such as abuse, damage above normal wear & tear, theft and additional cleaning costs when necessary. What if I need to change my reservation?- If a guest would like to change a home due to a variety of reasons (home does not suit needs, guest does not like location), we will attempt to alter reservation to another home to ensure guest satisfaction. Prices per home vary and guest will have to agree to the new rate prior to being moved. Guest will have to pay cleaning fees per home and applicable pet fees per home. What about cancellations? Cancellations can happen and we want to try to work with guests. Airbnb only allows us a set cancellation policy which we set as Strict.
