Enjoy being just 5 minutes away from the award-winning Downtown Greenville at this comfortable loft apartment. With access to the campus pool, fitness center, outdoor grill, common areas, and entertainment venues, there is plenty to enjoy. The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. We have strong wi-fi and a Roku TV preloaded with all the streaming apps (just bring your log-ins) The unit has an open concept which is a mix between a studio and a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom is a private space with a door at the entrance, but the walls do not extend fully to the ceiling. The common spaces in the building are available for guests to use, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, game room, and small offices for remote work.
