John, the contact person made sure to let us know that the checkout time would not be changed and that there would be a fine if the parking pass wasn't left, but when I indicated that this was a getaway for my daughter whose house had been destroyed in Asheville by Hurricane Helene, there was not one word of kindness, sympathy or concern. This place isn't cheap and a little more of a personal touch would have been nice.
