Our home has a lovely fenced in yard perfect for families and for your pets, who are welcome with a one-time pet fee.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a brand new remodeled kitchen and all you need to cook a meal for your family and friends.

Located just a "Stone's Throw" from downtown Greenville, this 3/2 home is ready and waiting to welcome you.

Our home is on a small side street in a family neighborhood. Parking is available under our carport, which leads to the front door, where you will enter through our smart locked front door-- this allows easy access at any time.

Upon entering our home you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with leather sofas, tons of throws, and a TV with Youtube TV, where you can stream and watch shows, or login to your own apps.

Continuing from the living room is a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has just been fully updated with beautiful custom cabinetry, tile backsplash, and granite countertops. We have provided all you will need to whip up an amazing meal.

The dining table currently seats 6, with additional seating for 4 on the back deck.

The backyard is fully fenced, flat, and perfect for pets and children alike.

Down the hallway, you will find 3 bedrooms.

The master is in the back left of the home, featuring a beautiful Queen sleigh bed, dresser, and small TV. The master bathroom contains a single vanity and standard tub/shower combo.

Across the hall is the second Queen room, featuring a chest, full closet, and Queen bed.

The final bedroom contains a desk, perfect for those who need to work from home, a futon, which can be made into a full bed (linens in the closet) and a twin bed.

We love the many options this room provides for our guests!

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a hall bath, which features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are all provided for you.

Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee, which is charged during or after booking.

I tend to leave my guests to themselves unless I'm needed, in which case I'm just a message away.

Our home is located in the Chesnut Hills neighborhood. There are plenty of streets to walk or to take a run and many families in this neighborhood.

A car is still recommended for most of Greenville as our public transportation isn't quite up to snuff. Uber's tend to be available for a night on the town, and are fairly affordable.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with the wifi router, ring cameras, or smart lock.
