For guests preferring to avoid stairs, the main level includes a bright, sunny queen bedroom with easy access to a full bathroom.
The Second Level: Ascend the original historic staircase to find four additional oversized bedrooms designed for ultimate relaxation. Each features a Beauty-Rest mattress, fine linens, and a dedicated "getting ready" station with a private mirror, blow dryer, and ironing kit. Every room is equipped with a Smart TV featuring YouTube TV and streaming apps. The home features one full bath on the main level and one on the second level.
Outdoor Living: Step through the kitchen onto a spacious deck topped with a pergola, overlooking a lush backyard. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined street in the historic Pettigru neighborhood, you are just a short stroll from the Bon Secours Arena, downtown dining, the Greenville Zoo, and the iconic Liberty Bridge.
Parking & Logistics: The private driveway accommodates two vehicles, and three additional street passes are provided for your stay. Important: To avoid the City of Greenville’s $500 parking fine, please display these passes on your rearview mirror and remember to leave them inside upon departure to avoid a $200 replacement fee.

This was the perfect property for our large family to use as our home base for a wedding weekend. With the reception having been hosted just a block away at the Poinsett Club, we particularly loved that everyone in our party could walk home whenever they preferred. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable!

Beautiful historic home that is clean, charming and large enough for a group. I appreciated the 5 large bedrooms that were all similar size and similarly appointed. Low on closet space but ample dresser space. Wonderful deck area too. Kitchen was large and had the necessities. Loved the neutral tones with wonderful artful throughout. Also just a few minutes from the downtown area.
