The property was adequate for my family of 5, but there are some things that I wish were improved. First, I used to live in Greenville, so I'm familiar with the area. I knew the area when I booked. Please understand that this part of Greenville is not going to be the super-gentrified Greenville you see in Southern Living. Despite this, I found the property to be conveniently located to Cherrydale Shopping, which includes fast food, sit-down restaurants, and a grocery store. You are a short drive from downtown, so all in all, it's an OK location. The property itself is definitely an older property, and showing it's age. Despite this, the place was reasonably clean. The kitchen was fine: stove, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. One problem we had was a lack of a dining room. The kitchen itself has a high top which can seat two. Other than this, you have to eat in on the couch in the living room. So, this would be fine for small families or adults. But, for small children, this was a minor struggle. Secondly, one of the bedrooms is oddly located right in the middle of the house, with access doors on two sides. The blinds did little to block light, so this bedroom was not ideal for sleeping. The biggest issue we had was with hot water. I'm not sure if the hot water heater is turned down really far, or if it's just undersized. But, there was only enough hot water for a single shower. ##### Michael H. We had a blast here. The house was super clean, conveniently located to downtown and hiking, and I loved that I could bring my dog! The house is only 10 minutes from Paris Mtn, which made traveling to and from the trails a breeze. Travelers Rest is about 10-15\. The backyard is massive, which was a pleasant surprise and convenient for our dogs. We really enjoyed the grill and outdoor fire pit. We did have a hard time finding steak knives and measuring cups. Other than that, we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this AirBnb. ##### Amanda J. Beds are comfy. Home is on a quiet street. Located close to downtown, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Very clean-especially important in these times! Owner very responsive to messages.
