Enjoy amazing walkability to downtown (15 minute walk), 5 minutes walk onto the Swamp Rabbit Trail, 10 minute walk to the Zoo and Cleveland Park and a 3 minute walk to Bon Secours Wellness Center. You'll love the historic charm and natural light that fills this beautiful space. Fully stocked kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, tv's in each bedroom and the living room. Very easy access to I-385 and private, off-street parking make this a perfect place for your visit to Greenville. The space: Very close to downtown and a short walk (15 minutes) to downtown/falls Park downtown. Please note this is a reconfigured old home. One bathroom is downstairs and the other bathroom is off the hall upstairs. Neither bedroom has an attached bathroom. The largest bedroom is on the second floor, the second bedroom is off of the landing area going upstairs. Interaction with guests: We live about 5 minutes away so are available for problems and certainly for suggestions, but otherwise we do not interact unless you want us to! Neighborhood description: This space is located in the historic Pettigru District adjacent to downtown Greenville. It's a quiet neighborhood that is a mix of historic office and residential properties. Very walkable to Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 10-15 walk along sidewalks to downtown Greenville. Easy access to I-385. Getting around: Parking MUST be off-street in the driveway or behind the property.
