Fully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath unit in Pettigru Historic District. Enjoy amazing walkability to downtown (15 minute walk), 5 minutes walk onto the Swamp Rabbit Trail, 10 minute walk to the Zoo and Cleveland Park and a 3 minute walk to Bon Secours Wellness Center. You'll love the historic charm and natural light that fills this beautiful space. Fully stocked kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, tv's in each bedroom and the living room. Very easy access to I-385 and private, off-street parking make this a perfect place for your visit to Greenville.

The space:

Very close to downtown and a short walk (15 minutes) to downtown/falls Park downtown.

Please note this is a reconfigured old home. One bathroom is downstairs and the other bathroom is off the hall upstairs. Neither bedroom has an attached bathroom.

The largest bedroom is on the second floor, the second bedroom is off of the landing area going upstairs.

Interaction with guests:

We live about 5 minutes away so are available for problems and certainly for suggestions, but otherwise we do not interact unless you want us to!

This space is located in the historic Pettigru District adjacent to downtown Greenville. It's a quiet neighborhood that is a mix of historic office and residential properties. Very walkable to Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 10-15 walk along sidewalks to downtown Greenville. Easy access to I-385.

Getting around:

Parking MUST be off-street in the driveway or behind the property. Access is either via the driveway along Whitsett or there is a private alley-way along the back of the property.

Perfect Location!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this historic home! The home has character, was clean and had plenty of room with comfortable beds. It's close to downtown with all of the shops and a variety of restaurants. Greenville is a great town to visit!

Just what we needed

The space was so cool! We left town to come up and see this city we heard so much about and play some board games. It was an easy walk or drive to both the in city trails, downtown and hiking. We had a great couple of days in this place-- it's a cute vibe, super clean, really spacious. Highly recommend!

We were at first concerned because we had assumed this was a house rental which is what we searched. Later we realized it was listed as a 2br / 2 bath appointment and we thought it would be too small for three adults (my wife snd I and adult son). We couldn't habe been more pleased with the accommodations. More space than we could use. Great family room, dining room and spacious kitchen. Loved the split floor plan. Only reason for 4 star rating for family friendly would be the stairs for young kids. Excellent host and great location. Thank you.

Perfect Getaway Within Walking of Downtown Greenville!

My sister and I had the most wonderful stay at this quintessential VRBO! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Greenville’s charming Main Street, where we explored unique shops, fantastic restaurants, breweries and cozy bakeries.One absolute must—you HAVE to go to Swamp Rabbit Café & Grocery! It was INCREDIBLE. Grab a pastry or sandwich, and then hop on the Swamp Rabbit Trail right from there to explore even more of what Greenville has to offer.We spent our days hiking and sightseeing, and our evenings cozied up watching movies in the super comfortable living space. The home was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. We truly can’t say enough great things, it was perfect for our trip. Highly recommend! 5 out of 5 Stars!
