Welcome to Gull Harbor!

New gunite pool, Summer 2025! See renderings, will provide photos upon completion.

The house size is deceiving. It is great for multiple families as part of it is a guest en suite. Updated kitchen and perfect dining area, deck with a beautiful view and on an acre plus of land. Gull Harbor has an upstate feel and charm, located on the quaint North Fork a mile and a half from town.

Bring your boat as the property has a deep water dock and 380' of bulkhead. It is adjacent to a town beach. Lazy summer afternoons. Fish, clams, crabs and oysters are abundant.

Recently added a playground for children with a bench seating area. Wood burning fire pit right on the edge of the bulkhead. Sit in Adirondack chairs and roast marshmallows with a salty, southern breeze.

Very close to vineyards, breweries and all of the culinary offerings the North Fork has to offer!

Beautiful sunrise views, easy access to beach, convenient to Greenport!

Visited with family to celebrate Thanksgiving. House was very well equipped and clean. Especially enjoyed the large deck and yard.

Awesome week in Greenport!

This house was perfect! We had two families of 4 who stayed comfortably. The house is well appointed with all you could need, and perfect for children with lots of fun toys, games and a playset in the yard. Water views from the back deck were beautiful and patio furniture was comfy. It was a very short walk to the beach, and we were able to dock our jet skis outside which was super convenient. Close to all of the fun north fork activities, restaurants, and vineyards. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful bayside home with beach and yard!

Great home with cozy beds! Perfect location to ride bikes to town! Perfect outside table and lounge chairs! Best ever little house on the water !
