Excellent location, amenities and the staff were absolutely amazing - from the check in ladies to the bar & restaurant team, fabulous! Special shout out to the lady at the gym reception who made my sons day by awarding him a swimming certificate! Would definitely return!

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is in the most beautiful setting and after a day trip around Liverpool we had a leisurely swim in the indoor pool a light meal which we thoroughly enjoyed and a restful nights sleep. The only negative was we didnt stay another night to explore the walks around the hotel which was very scenic, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We stopped for 3 nights in the room witch was classed as a club room there was only 4 coat hangers and no where to put your clothes my where put on the floor I did mention to the front desk and they put another 4 coat hangers in the room but for the price they charge I don’t think we’ll be going back we were only 2 of I definitely think a family of four would struggle

Was extremely amazed by the building beautifull inside well done out. Pool was very nice good sauna and steamroom. However i was disappointed with breakfast. I love a buffet breakfast but it was described on expedia as a "free breakfast" not "breakfast included" the difference was a extremely limited ...
