Water was not draining properly in the tub. The iron leaks water in your clothing because it’s broke. The spout came off the waffle dispenser when I pressed it and batter started spilling out. One of the kitchen workers named Victoria was very rude about it. She acted like it was my fault the nozzle came off n all but pushed me out of the way I apologized and she ignored me. They were stocking the under cabinet supplies while guests were trying to get food rather than doing it before or after breakfast. More training may be needed. On a good note, the room was clean. The food was good and the breakfast area very clean. Parking should be included in the hotel rate.

Very quiet place; very friendly staff.

I like this hotel, the staff was nice and was very helpful because our flight got canceled and delayed but they kept our reservation until we got there and help with the shuttle and it was reasonable in the price.

Went to the hotel for a weekend stay for a cycling event. Inconvenient as it is on a road where you can not walk out or ride your bike. So you new to hire a Uber or drive to get out of the hotel. Property is dated. Toilet had a slow leak. The outlet on one side of the bed was not working so no light and could not charge phone on that side. Weird separation between the rooms at the level of the windows so you can hear from the next door room. Otherwise staff VERY NICE and welcoming. I would recommend the hotel for the proximity to NYC and parking available. Just not a 4 stars. Otherwise
