"Room was in very poor condition. Bathtub was badly cracked in the bottom due to no support under it. Paint peeling badly in bathroom. Sink faucet handle loose and difficult to adjust water temp since it had a single handle. Toilet paper holder was broken. At one point the toilet tank didn't fill but then later did. ??? Assorted bugs were seen. Damaged wall behind entry door. You get the idea. On the bright side the parking area was well lit. We slept well even though the bed was worn and linens...
