"Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful. Some hotels charge an additional fee. Normally half price of daily room rate. And some hotels, have a holding space, at no charge, if guest just wish to store their luggage until leaving."
