It’s needs to be updated drug activity I didn’t feel safe being a woman traveling by herself there was loud noise up till late hours! Was nervous left at 330 am

There was nothing special about the property good or bad. It was exactly what you'd expect from a Super 8. The bed was comfy enough, the shower worked fine. It was all good. The staff was below average though. The night check in was from a person who couldn't seem to care less about their job or who I was or what I needed. I got checked in, but it was a super impersonal experience. Then for breakfast nothing was available or working and the staff didn't care. The waffle maker was broken, they were out of bread for toast, the muffin tray was empty and none of that was replenished or fixed even when identified to the staff member there. At 8:30, felt like it wasn't a huge ask to have bread available for toast.

Friendly, clean, safe, bug free.
This was just a quick stop on a long road trip with a dog. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and bug free. The area seemed safe. They could have cleaned the ice off the parking lot a bit more.

Check in was a very pleasant experience! Extremely nice young lady helped my mother and I with checking in. Rooms were remodeled and updated since our ladt visit..very nice surprise!

we were worried about having enough availability but Wyndham found my family a second room and even emailed my daughter to make sure all was fine. They were very pleased with their rooms and check in was handled quickly and professionally.

We had a 3 night reservation, but weren't able to stay even one night. The room was dirty... I asked for management, but was told the manager was on vacation. I asked if the maid could come to the room and was told she was off that day, but could clean the room the next day. I'm pretty sure they put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. We left and got a different hotel.

Operators could not access advanced customer requests submitted through Expedia. Check-in time was too late. Dark (blood-like)spatters on bathroom wall; chrome on shower fixtures dull and heavily water spotted. No obvious tv channel guide or ice machine info. Metal bed bases are very noisy when accidentally kicked, a way to deaden sound is needed. Easy interstate access.

My booking with Hotel.com on 9/25/23, was for a queen double. My card was debited on 9/25 for $98.79 When we arrived, we were given a single bed, room. (We discovered the error upon opening the room #211 door.) Returning to the desk to have the error corrected, the Desk clerk indicated all rooms were booked. I requested she double check. She came back with another room #207. She processed the change on the computer & asked me to sign in again, confirming the change. At NO time did she indicate there was a "up charge", to change the rooms. It was not until I checked my credit card statement this evening, that I found an additional charge of $7.55 added to my account, by the Hotel 8 clerk on 9/29. This fee should NOT have been charged! I showed the clerk m original booking confirmation, which clearly stated that a double queen had been booked & paid for. She told me she had no involvement in 3rd party bookings.

There was a 3 inch gap under the door that let in bugs and moisture. The air conditioner did not pull any moisture out of the air. Breakfast was not well stock. They were out of all juices no fruit of any kind. What items they did have only had two pieces each. The staff seemed nice but there was a difficult language barrier.

The room was clean and had DirecTV & HBO. The bed in room 107 has a deep depression in it. I’ve never seen a mattress like this. You have to experience it to see how awful it is. It was late when I hit “the pit” or I’d have insisted on another room.

I stay here often for weekend getaways we're just to get away once in a while and I enjoy the staff and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. It's usually pretty quiet. But sometimes it's very noisy at night. When somebody runs that water upstairs it sounds so loud between the walls. That's not like that in every room but some of them it is. But I love staying here. I can't comment on the breakfast because I've never tried it. At that hour I'm Else asleep or not there

This was one of the cleanest motels that I have ever been in. The room was slightly run down and there wasn’t a freezer area in the refrigerator. It was kind of noisy between floors during the evening hours, but quiet overnight. I would stay there again.

Rooms were clean, it is right off the highway which is convenient, plenty of fast food options. Only con is that there are no coffee makers or clocks in the rooms. I found that a little wierd and if you need to be up at a certain time, no alarm clock.
