Although we were told a detailed folder of rules/procedures (for example operating hot tub, etc) would be on kitchen counter we found none. Luckily we figured it out. The kitchen tool and silverware and other drawers need some organization and cleaning. The large coffee grinder doesn’t work properly as it looks as if a gasket which seals the container is missing so no seal, coffee all over the counter (big clean-up after that!) maybe fix or remove that grinder as there’s a simple smaller coffee grinder there also. ##### Margaret S.
