(3,949 reviews) The hotel overall was lovely and the staff courteous and offered good customer service .i did however have one issue . The website for one of the restaurants that required a booking to attend was not working on the day that I tried to book in the recommended time. I went to the reception desk that offers assistance three times and was told to check back after which I was subsequently told restaurant would be closed for that day. Restaurant was open on said day. My party and I were disappointed somewhat and my experience and my desire to revisit was impacted.
