"Erica’s beautiful mountain home exceeded our expectations! A clean, spacious home with ample room for our family of five. The views were extraordinary. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the oversized couch with cozy blankets, while having the mountains as our backdrop. Wifi was strong and we appreciated the ease of having the code on the door. We arrived to a plumbing issue, which Erica responded to immediately and resolved the issue, which we were very grateful for. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be if we had AC in the ground level as well as more updated mattresses. Overall, a lovely stay! Thank you Erica!"

"Great property; overall a wonderful stay.! We will look forward to coming back next year.A couple of suggestions for future improvements: - Provide instructions on using TV. There are 5 remote controls in the living room, and the cable box was unplugged. It took us 2 days to figure out how to use the TV. - Kitchen table (glass) was not entirely clean upon arrival- Found a dirty mug in the cabinet- Vaccum was hard to find and very (very) heavy; after a week of cooking and living would be nice to have a more convenient way to keep the space tidy. - No instructions on where the dumpster was located.- Suggest leaving more of an "intro" card or "how to" instructions for these types of things.Again, overall a great stay and we really enjoyed the location as well as the property. Thank you! "
