Is the worst service I receive in 5 years living in hotels around the world. They not only don’t have any idea on how to treat a client, but on the other hand seems like they are trying really hard to give you the worst experience possible, specially Alexander. That guy should never work in a hotel again. The first day when I arrive, I ask him specifically that I want to extend my stay, and he told me that he would give me a discount only if I pay cash so they can avoid paying to Orbitz and to avoid taxes. Yes! He said that! So I made the mistake of taking his word and we agree that I would pay him some cash every 2 days until completion. But after 4 days he said that now he has decided to cancelled my reservation and that now he want it more money from me. When I complain he wouldn’t let me talk and kept interrupting me. When I ask him for fourth time I had to leave the room because it was so disrespectful. Next day I come back to talk and he says that either I pay more or a have to leave the hotel. And he never gave me a receipt for the cash he took from me , or return it to that point. In top of that, for the first 4 days there was not internet at all. And to make it worst, when I ask him why they didn’t have me breakfast, he lie and said that they prepared it and knock on my door , and it was not true. I then ask the cook and the waiter and they confirm it was not true. And when I caught him lying alexander says “whatever , we are not giving you breakfast today“.
