We had a very good experience at this hotel; the room was very visually pleasing, clean, and affordable, the customer service was great with very friendly and helpful staff and reception. Very clean and fancy balcony with jacuzzi and lounge area (and stray cats too😄) Just a disclaimer that transportation is somewhat limited and it is about a 10 minutes drive to the center of Mykonos city. The area outside of the hotel is also pretty empty in terms of other buildings and people (Nowhere to go within waking distance in terms of tourist attractions) An overall positive experience Thank you!

I liked the hotel itself. It has a jacuzzi and a sitting space outside. It has beautiful pool space. The receptionist were very helpful. They replied me whenever I text for anything. Things that I didn’t like - 1. The room wasn’t as bright as I thought it would be. 2. The hotel was located at the top of the hill. So, a guest must rent privet transportation to get around the island because there will be no public transportation available near by.

Great hotel and staff, we found Alexander at reception really friendly and helpful! We stayed in the superior suite which was great with really stunning views. Nice area with some good restaurants close - Would recommend!

Fantastic stay. Breakfast was wonderful, delivered straight to the room by the very friendly staff. Hot tub on the balcony, overlooked the bay which was absolutely beautiful. The walk up the hill could be a bit much if you aren't capable, we did it most days but certainly transport is recommended (as we were told at reception on checking in). Overall, a wonderful stay, beautiful views and the friendliest staff you could hope for. Thank you so much.

Beautiful place, beautiful views. Thank you Sophia for your attention. Una chica muy buena persona. I stay here with friends and everything was clean with excellent breakfast delivered to the room. To enter is a lil complicate because of the hill and a lil dark to find. Everything else was excellent, clean and beautiful 😍

For this experience I enjoy a lot the view of the property to the see, the typical Greek white architecture and the design of the rooms. When I didn’t like something they where really nice and offer me a bottle of whine and some other perks that make the experience better

Is the worst service I receive in 5 years living in hotels around the world. They not only don’t have any idea on how to treat a client, but on the other hand seems like they are trying really hard to give you the worst experience possible, specially Alexander. That guy should never work in a hotel again. The first day when I arrive, I ask him specifically that I want to extend my stay, and he told me that he would give me a discount only if I pay cash so they can avoid paying to Orbitz and to avoid taxes. Yes! He said that! So I made the mistake of taking his word and we agree that I would pay him some cash every 2 days until completion. But after 4 days he said that now he has decided to cancelled my reservation and that now he want it more money from me. When I complain he wouldn’t let me talk and kept interrupting me. When I ask him for fourth time I had to leave the room because it was so disrespectful. Next day I come back to talk and he says that either I pay more or a have to leave the hotel. And he never gave me a receipt for the cash he took from me , or return it to that point. In top of that, for the first 4 days there was not internet at all. And to make it worst, when I ask him why they didn’t have me breakfast, he lie and said that they prepared it and knock on my door , and it was not true. I then ask the cook and the waiter and they confirm it was not true. And when I caught him lying alexander says “whatever , we are not giving you breakfast today“.

White Stone is the perfect hotel if you’re looking for views, boho aesthetics and peace and quiet after a night of partying. It’s located on the top of a mountain so we rented a car during our stay. Parking is free and accessible at most places in Mykonos. The concierge was so helpful and accommodating. I forgot names but the gentleman that works early in the morning that checked us in and the woman that comes in after him were superb! Every recommendation she gave us for dinner and nightlife we enjoyed. I love the room decor; it was cozy and intimate. And the pool area!! I wish we had enough time to spend there. Keep in mind you’re on a mountain so I highly suggest a car to get where you need to go but taxis are also available as well. We enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to return to Mykonos.

This is a great hotel if you are looking to be away from the noise and crowds. It is a peaceful retreat that has amazing service provided by the staff. Although not classed as a concierge, the level of service provided felt as if it were. The front desk booked us an ATV to use that was delivered to the hotel, scheduled us an in room massage and facial, and catered to every request we made. The breakfast delivered to your room is such a nice touch. Other reviews have pointed out that the water in the shower and sink is salt water, that is true, but was not an issue for us. Also there is not a restaurant or bar at the hotel. The addition of that would really make this property shine. However, they do allow you to bring your own drinks which is far cheaper. The 4 star mark for cleanliness is mainly due to construction dust on the floors. The hotel is so new, I expect this won’t be an issue much longer. I would gladly return here again!

This property was beautiful, the views were just amazing. One of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at. Sophie was super helpful and very sweet, she went out of her way to make our stay as simple as possible. She was always there to ensure we were taken care of and had a good day.

Muligens det værste hotellet jeg har bod på når det kommer til service, beliggenhet og profesjonalitet hos driverne. Bygget i seg selv er vakkert, men tilbud og vertskap er ikke tilstedeværende overhodet. Må for ordens skyld meddele at de har en pakistansk medarbeider som virkelig forsøkte å gjøre en forskjell. Jeg advarer alke som vurderer dette hotellet. Hotels.Com burde droppe det som tilbud. Hotellet lever overhodet ikke opp til forventningene. Frokosten er et brett med to yoghurt, to rundstykker og litt pålegg levert på terrassen. Alt annet en hva man burde forvente. Mat de tilbyr ellers, er kalde bagetter av kvaliteten til en kiosk på en flyplass. Fly mat er mer fristende. Hotellet er skittent og uferdig. De ansatte krangler og kjefter åpenlyst på hverandre, og det finnes ingen form for system eller ledelse. Til info var dette det siste av syv Hotel vi besøkte på de fem øyer vi besøkte denne ferien. Vil si jeg har godt grunnlag for mine uttalelser. Sist men ikke minst må jeg meddele at hotellet kryr av insekter. Min værste hotell opplevelse må jeg innrømme.

We really enjoyed when we staying,rooms are good designed and clean,breakfast is coming to room but they must change the breakfast menu everyday,as a result Alex did our every reservations bike or restaurant he was really nice...and at nights Sofia was perfect she did everything for us and was so kind even she ordered pizza for us at night.and she carried our luggages to transfer first time i see that,big thank you to all sofia and alex,wish you stay there but be carefull about hill:)
