Although 25C is in fact recommended as the minimum proper temperature for health and environmental reasons, as well as in face of the energy crisis, there is actually no governor set. Guests can change the temperature downwards or upwards by the press of a button. Also, each room is equipped with its own independent AC unit. We would happily help you with that, as it is understandable that AC remote controls might be confusing if someone is not familiar with them. As for the slide, there is running water but is mostly turned on for children, as it is a kids' poolslide. As mentioned in our communication prior to your arrival, there is direct connection from/to the airport and city center and buses run every 15'-20' in summer. We were really happy to assist you before and during your stay and it will be a pleasure to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your review. Although 2 out of 10 seems a bit strict. Also, it is a bit abstract. We would appreciate it if you could indicate what was not up to your expectations so that we can improve for the guests to come. Also, it would have been more helpful for you, if you had done so, during your stay, so that we could have addressed any issues immediately. On the contrary you seemed very satisfied and pleased, you even decided to leave the room later. So, we cannot really understand why such a low grade-review.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. We always seek ways to improve our services and to clarify matters to our guests . With regard to credit card issue: as we explained , as we are still in the process of obtaining POS, for hotel collect reservations (reservations to be paid at the hotel directly) we can only receive cash payment at the moment. However, Expedia gives the opportunity to guests, when making a reservation, to pay Expedia directly (Expedia collect reservations) with credit/debit card. This way, you could have avoided issues such as blocked debit cards (for which we offered to assist you by asking at a local bank) or limited cash, that may occur when travelling overseas. The restaurant in front of the hotel, as it has installed a POS recently, it can indeed receive payments by card, however for the meals offered there (not for the accommodation) as it constitutes a different company/business, with different VAT, taxation etc –not the same with the hotel. As for the hotel, guests have the opportunity to observe the rooms and the facilities aswell as to read our policies, on the internet through various booking channels, well before making a reservation. The hotel is depicted as it is, on photos published, as we choose to remain true and real to everyone when choosing their accommodation. Maintenance issues might occur during high season (even to 5* hotels), but we are there to solve everything and secure an enjoyable stay for our guests, provided that they also reach out to us for anything that may come up, during their stay. Furthermore, it is our firm intention to upgrade our hotel further on soon . We will be happy to accommodate you again in the future.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you. We will surely take your comments into consideration, although we are a bit surprised by them. A small quiet hotel or a big resort is subjective and a matter of personal taste and we respect your views. However, we strongly recommend that you read carefully the facilities offered, before booking a hotel. Prospectus? We definitely do not advertise a fully equipped kitchen on Expedia platform. In some rooms there are kitchen sinks and all rooms have fridge, a kettle and air-condition, but we do not claim that we provide kitchen stove or utensils. However, had you asked, we would surely have offered a solution to meet your needs, as we have with other guests. Also, 'nourriture limite' is a bit confusing since we did not receive a reservation with breakfast or half board. Perhaps, you are referring to some other hotel. We are not sure what noise you mean, as we are a small quiet hotel near the sea and countryside with a big surrounding garden and beautiful flowers. Perhaps an urban hotel would better suit your taste, since it seems you do not like flora. As for cleanliness, there is daily housekeeping in the hotel rooms and surroundings and bedlinen are freshly cleaned by professional laundry services. If you felt you didn't like the room or if you felt it wasn't adequately clean for you, we would have happily assisted you, if you had informed us during your stay. That way, we would have upgraded your travel experience. Bitter post-stay comments do not serve anyone. It's simple.
