it was a great stay! we got to the hotel very early and traveled for 9 hours non stop before arriving and they were able to get us checked into a room before 3pm which was so helpful and thoughtful. it's about a 15 min walk from the city center in Fira and goes by pretty fast. it was a great stay with very clean rooms and nice balcony views.

Great location, extremely small, owner unhelpful
Room is really really small. You can hardly fit in one medium size luggage. Forget it if you have two. There is literally no hook to hang towels. I have to hang it in the closet. Owner seems to go out of his way to not be helpful. I asked if he can print out one piece of paper and the answer is no. Find a print place in town. I extended my original 1 night stay to 4 nights and asked if I can have a late checkout. Answer is no. It will cost €20. The room itself only cost €26. This is winter. There’s no one around. On the upside, it’s superbly located within 2 mins walking in a strip full of restaurants. This was winter, and the main city center 15 mins walk away was very quiet, so this location was superb.

The room looks good from pictures and upon first glance however there were bugs everywhere, even on my pillow. The owner was rude and questioned why I didn't follow his check in process, but I did and the phone didn't work. The owner was nice enough to allow me to store my luggage in his storage room until my departure, I don't want to skip over that. The Villa is perfectly located, putting you close to shops, cafes, the bus and ATV/Scooter rental shops. The view from my room (#5) was cut off by another building and the neighboring building seems to be abandoned, either that or it needs a lot of maintenance.All in all, my stay was mediocre at best. I would not stay here again. P.S. Do not drink the tap water.

We had a great stay in Villa Agas. It was very accessible and convenient for commuting. The staffs are very accommodating and very helpful. I will stay there again when I come back to Santorini.

Great Affordable Place
Good accommodations for the money. They were very accommodating for our super late 1am check-in, just leaving the room unlocked with the key in the room. The 24hr bakery across the street is very convenient, with many restaurants and supermarket in the area. It was a brisk 15 minute slight incline walk to Firá. Make sure to get the gelato from Solo (I think that's the name), and the Gyros next to it. Only problem was the WiFi kept cutting out, and the owner was very gruff when we called him about the WiFi. It was very windy when we went, so maybe that contributed to the WiFi cutting out all the time. After calling him twice, I just took care of the WiFi problem myself instead of calling him. Overall good stay, would recommend.

The bus from the airport will stop at the corner from this place so no worries. There’s a supermarket directly opposite as well. The main bus stop in Fira is about 800 m so it’s not too bad. I came in winter so santorini is really dead.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have an iron and ironing board provided in the room which is something that isn’t usually provided with more expensive accommodation. We had a slight problem with the air on when we were unable to turn it off and this was rectified immediately. The location is perfect, close to a bus stop and just a short walk into Fira.

Villa Agas was very clean, nicely kept, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It had a great location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Fira. The owner was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend as a great place to stay!

Nice hotel, but there wasn't really any staff ever! When we checked in as had to call, a man came from outside, didn't speak English very well and he checked us in, he almost seemed like the overnight matenence worker, but then we realized we was the only staff ever around. Very odd. Maybe it's because it was off season. The pool was empty, which is fine but they should state that on their website that the pool is closed for off season. We enjoyed the room but the bed was SO uncomfortable! The springs were digging into us!

Check in was a little confusing but it was late at night and there were two other people checking in at the same time as we were. However, the owner was very nice and accommodating. We were within walking distance of the center of Fira so that was helpful. Great places to eat within walking distance.

The hotel was in a good area and was very comfortable, only a short walk to Fira. For the cheap price we paid we got what we expected. Met the owners and they seemed pretty nice. Downside was the spa wasn't working which we were looking forward to and the shower. Should consider putting a holder for the shower head higher up on the wall as it was really hard to shower holding it the whole time. Would definitely stay again despite this.

Hotel Owner is Rude
I'm happy with the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The shower was small but that's okay. The owner was the only issue. He was very annoyed with us for using his free airport transport and only staying one night before moving on. Before we arrived in Santorini we called the hotel and asked if we could arrange the pick up service and he said yes. When he came to pick us up at the airport he was upset because we were staying only one night at his hotel before moving on to another hotel. If you don't want to offer the airport pick up service for people who only stay one night don't agree to it or advertise it!

Convenient Budget apartment in good location
This was an excellent hotel for budget travellers. It is in good location that provides walking access to the scenic features of Fira. We arrived in the evening and were picked up at the airport by the owner. The apartment is close to shops, cafes and restaurants.
