Dear Katerina, First of all the location of our accomodation as you may see in the internet is 12 minutes from Fiscardo and 14 minutes from Myrtos. Around the hotel there are 12 beaches where you can go with the car in about 10-12 minutes. We are a quiet place not a cosmopolitan place Also, the first tavern Vegera is approximate 800 meters form our property and in the village Vasilikades 1500 meters from Panoramic Sunset there are 2 mini markets ,a restaurant "Makis" and cafeterias.. All the way to Fiscardo you can find mini markets ,gus station and of course in the town of Fiscardo there are restaurants ,cafeterias ,bakery shops ,patisserie ,super markets, ATM and Farmacy and a doctor's office. In Asso (6-7 minutes)you can find these too. Besides ,we told and showed you in the map all these informations when you checked in. As for the room . You made a reservation for 2 persons a Studios for 3 and you showed up 3 persons and a babie. You complain that you had an uncomfortable sleep . so ,please let us assure you that the matresses are brand new (we have bought them 10 days ago and they are american type). In addittion ,the pool is just like the photos we have in the internet .There is nothing exaggerating. As far as concern the breakfast. You have booked the room with breakfast ? Because we do not write that we provide this amenity. To respond you also about the AC. AC works based on the national rule of energy conservation so as to freeze or warm the room inside and not outside. If you wanted to recycle the air ,you could have done it when you had gone out. As for your one year old child ,you must had regulated the AC in order not to get cold . To sum up your issue is about the chrage of 12 euros for the two towels that you destroyed with your make -up etc.So ,as the owner "thank " you for this comment ,cause we are upgrading our facilities.

What is right or wrong is obvious from the comments of other clients. For us the cleanliness is half of nobility
