The hotel is conveniently located close to the town. It’s quite, clean with amazing staff. The rooms are spacious and the staffs are very attentive.

We were very impressed with the level of attention and care the staff provided to us from arrival till departure. Our room was very beautiful with a salted plunge pool overlooking the sea/town. And, it was great to have room cleaning service twice a day. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful in all three resorts. Location wise, the hotel was 10 minutes from Mykonos town, somewhat walkable but we preferred to use transfers which were easily arranged by the resort. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and truly lovely in every way. We loved our stay in this outstanding property.

Wonderful group of hotels and the Naia property we stayed at was very quiet and beautiful. Coming out of the pandemic all breakfast service is at the one, large hotel and can get fairly crowded and busy. The restaurants on property were amazing and service was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The only real constructive comment is that the wifi was weak in our room. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

The Naia was a beautiful hotel perched just outside of the Chora, overlooking the sea. The View from our room was stunning and the conditions of the property were exceptional. But it's worth noting that this was one of three properties located amongst a complex. Naia was not offering full restaurant and drink services and we had to have breakfast or dine at the other locations. Expedia did not charge for our room according to their guidelines. So when we arrived we were surprised to find we had to pay the price in full. While the error was on Expedia's part, the check in host Penny did not handle this gracefully. It was an inhospitable welcome. Ana the concierge however did so much to make us feel comfortable. She was a great photographer and arranged for a lovely rental car during our stay. Nico! What a gem...always ready to drive us to our room, bring us waters and give recommendations for things to do on the island. We would definitely stay again.

Well we absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment you walk in you know it is special a place. They are courteous, kind and so helpful to us as their guests. The poolside dining was wonderful. They were helpful with our transportation to and from town as well as provided complementary golf cart transportation to our suite. I loved are staying would be quick to come back next year.

Best hotel in Mykonos
I've been coming to Mykonos for many years now, this is by far the best hotel, I am only going to be staying here from now on. Rooms extremely spacious, staff amazing, overall perfect.

Cheap motel feel in town.
My wife and I booked a pool suite room. The room was extremely noisy as it was next to the road and the parking lot. Our pool was cold and the sea view was of grass looking at the roofs of the other buildings and then the sea was off in the distance. We asked to switch to one of their other hotels and luckily were able to do so the next day. They charged us a fee to switch, but it was the best move we could have made.

Luxurious Suite - spectacular service
I stayed here from 20-23/5/17 with my wife and we were treated with the utmost respect and service. We were picked up in a luxurious Mercedes Van (complementary) upon which we arrived to Artemis & the team who then introduced us to the hotel, the facilities, the island and its many beautiful beaches and then finally showed us our suite overlooking the Mykonian windmills from our private pool.- spectacular - I cannot recommend this place enough! I cant wait to go back.

This Hotel is simply amazing. The level of service is unbelievable, the level of professionalism is stunning, it was the perfect holiday. The hotel itself is already so well built and equipped that you don’t miss anything, but the way it is operated is something that makes it special. Das freundlichste und netteste Personal aller Zeiten. Vor allem Christos, Efi, Maria und Panagiotis werden mir in Erinnerung bleiben. Tolles Frühstück. Am liebsten Omelett, Porridge und French Toast hintereinander. Die Massage war auch Top. Alexis macht tolle Blends.

Great location close to Mykonos town and several beaches, bars and restaurants. Hotel room was in great condition with a big tub, big shower and sea view from the balcony where you could watch the sunset. The staff was extremely service minded. Ask for something and they'll make it happen, especially Anastasia who was our favorite.

房間整體不錯，位置也好，服務也很到位，但清潔房間的人手腳不乾淨，我離開了才發覺錢少了，他們很聰明只拿你1，2張錢，令你不容易發覺，大家千萬要記住酒店夾萬有萬用密碼的
