Overall, service was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and a great variety of food to choose from. Maria, our server, was wonderful and we always got greeted with a smile from everyone. I will definitely recommend this place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lilium hotel even though we stayed only for a day . The staff was very helpful, lovely and polite, breakfast was so delicious. The room design was excellent. The stunning views from the hotel is one of life time experience. We regret that we could not spend more days here. Sure to come back again.

What a wonderful hotel with lovely staff and beautiful views! My boyfriend and I spent a couple days here and it will forever be our favorite place in Greece, especially since we got engaged here. :) If you’re looking for a quiet beautiful hotel, with great food, and GREAT beds, this is the place. They also provide shuttle services to Fira which is super convenient. Hopeful I’ll be back one day!

Beautiful hotel on the caldera. About 3km from Fira so you can escape the crowd. Staff was incredible, included breakfast was very tasty.

I had an unforgettable experience during my recent stay at the exquisite Lilium Hotel in Santorini. My time at Lilium Hotel was nothing short of a glimpse of paradise. From the moment I arrived, the breathtaking views that unfolded before my eyes left me in awe. The beauty of Santorini is unparalleled, and the hotel's vantage point captures it perfectly. The grand suite sea view that I had the privilege to stay in was grand and truly spectacular. Stepping out onto my private terrace and finding a jacuzzi right outside my door was a dream come true. It made every moment spent there even more special. I must commend the exceptional staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. One highlight of my stay was the convenient and complimentary shuttle service to Fira, which made exploring the island a breeze. It's those thoughtful touches that set Lilium Hotel apart. I cannot sing enough praises about the on site restaurant. It unequivocally served the best food I've had in all of Greece. A beautiful hotel overlooking the caldera! Room was spacious with a balcony facing the pool and sea. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had a wonderful rain shower. The added bonus was the great free breakfast each morning!

The staff at this hotel was the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The entire facility is very clean and the ocean/volcano views are amazing. Also, the food was outstanding. After our vacation I was shocked to think that the food in Greece was better than that in Italy. I would definitely go to this hotel again.

The hotel was great, they offer shuttle to town which is only 5min away, very convenient and they arranged atv rental and any other excursions you would like to do. Front desk was so friendly and always happy to help. The pool service needs improvement, we had to constantly call the waiter to come to order drinks, pool could also use some music during the day. Definitely will recommend and come back to this hotel. The view and sunset was AMAZING!

What truly makes the difference at this property is the staff. We booked a pool view room, which was pretty standard. Resort and rooms were very clean. Quiet with great views and not a huge resort which was also nice. It’s about a 30-40 min walk to Thira but they do have a shuttle schedule to take you in and it’s free. The best part is the staff- from the reception staff to the restaurant staff, everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.

Lillium Santorini was an amazing hotel to stay at. Located just outside Fira and away from the crowds in Oia. Spectacular views of the Caldera. Staff incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Helped us arrange a private catamaran tour for our family of 4. Loved the complementary shuttle to and from the town of Fira. Clean rooms amazing pool, best breakfast. We are currently in Naxos and missing Lillium. We will definitely be back and recommend Lillium to all of our friends .

What can I even say about this hotel? The most amazing 5 nights here made all the more perfect by the staff, so much so I had to find out their names to thank them individually. Demitra and Katerina who were so friendly and helpful at reception. Anna who always made sure our room was spotless every day. Vegolis who was the most attentive waiter on our first evening having dinner at the hotel. But special thank you to Eliza who was there every morning for breakfast and lunch, always walked around with a big smile on her face and is just the most pleasant person to be around. You won’t regret booking this hotel, very clean, great food and drink options, breakfast buffet, lots of information at reception with everything you need to know about the island, but most importantly the views are absolutely incredible, especially for sunset. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you everyone at Lilium Hotel!

This place will Make your holiday unique, me and my husband were there for a week and we never got bored of it… the staff is so friendly, we loved Dimitri he made everything easy!! We rented bike and car directly at the hotel, organised sailing tour and had the best recommendation for dine in or out…. Of course there is always room to improve… Better “restaurant” set up (especially for dinner) Additional menu options… and perfect cleaning of the “private” spa in the rooms… But overall we had an amazing time!!! This hotel is worth it! The luxury, the design, the functionality, the views, the best hospitality from the staff that I have had in Greece. It would be great if they had more shuttles to Fira, but I was very thankful they had that option to begin with. This hotel makes you relax in its quiet luxury and breathtaking views. I can't say enough about the Lilium! I would definitely stay there again. It is right on the Caldera and the pictures on the website are spot on! Breathtaking views with privacy. Our room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge. We had a sea view balcony and the balcony had a place to lay down and a table and chair. The resort isn't large, so it doesn't feel crowded. The breakfast buffet is incredible! The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating and had plenty of options for lunch and dinner. Prices were in line with restaurants in the area. The lunch menu ended at 6, so we would have an earlier dinner if we wanted a burger or anything off the pool snacks menu. The resort offers a shuttle to Fira which is a 5 minute drive. The shuttle stop is right by a grocery store. We picked up water and drinks for our mini fridge. There is a mini market across the street, but prices are higher. After walking around Fira and Oia, I was really glad we stayed a little away from the hustle and bustle. Again, our view was private! Just the water and the volcano. Highly recommend!

By far the nicest hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. Everything from the front desk staff, serving staff and cleaners were absolutely incredible. The views were amazing, their pool area was fantastic. Food was delicious & drinks were good. Free Hotel shuttle from the resort to downtown Fira ( to & from) There is a convenience store across the street from the hotel which made it very easy to stock up on drinks and snacks for our room. They were very helpful with arranging tours, transportation & excursions. This was the first stop on our honeymoon and our favorite place. We are still talking about it since getting home. We hope to come back some day !
