We stayed at La Luna for a few nights and had the best time. The guys running the property and the bar were the friendliest quartet ever and we loved spending time with them - they made it feel like home and not a hotel. 5 star experience!

Really enjoyed staying at La Luna hotel. It has all the usual amenities and luxuries you'd expect and on top of that, the view of the sea is really beautiful and you get to see it from all the areas of the hotel: rooms, breakfast area, pool area. But what truly makes a difference, as mentioned by the many other guests, are the hotel owners - they make you feel like you're a friend and guest in their home and not in a hotel, despite this being a sizable hotel. Truly recommending it.

Everything about this spot was lovely - from the courteous and friendly staff to the views and the top-notch amenities. After 10 days of traipsing across Greece this was exactly what we needed to decompress. Sipping cocktails poolside and enjoying the tasty morsels from the snack bar, La Luna met and exceeded all of our expectations and needs. Great spot if you want a less crazed experience from what the rest of Skiathos offers.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of the island but still conveniently located to a market or the beach. The staff was phenomenal, hotel spic and span clean and I would highly recommend it & stay there again!

Absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful views. Food was great, prices at the bar were reasonable and the staff were extremely friendly. Easy bus connections to the town and beaches. Only exception was our shower was not in the best condition, you had to hold the head of the shower.

Very clean comfortable accommodation run by the lovely, helpful, friendly Vergos Family who couldn’t do enough for their guests Beautiful views over Troulos bay, plenty of restaurants cafes within walking distance (albeit alongside the road), bus service to Skiathos town and nearby beaches Will certainly consider returning Also in the difficult times, they had all the COVID restrictions covered, plenty of hand sanitizer provided

I work in the hotel and hospitality industry and therefore I tend to a bit critical at times, I can’t this time, this hotel has it all, views are stunning, rooms are lovely and comfortable, food and drinks spot on - lots of choices and the bar prices are good inc Cider on draught. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff compliment this hotel, nothing is too much trouble, they work tirelessly so that you enjoy your stay and they are very warm and kind natured guys. Game changer for me as wont stay anywhere else again when in Skiathos.

The property is lovely and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The views are fantastic, due to the high position, but I would just mention that whilst there are lifts at each level if you have difficulty walking you will need to request a room on the first level as the hotel is situated on a very steep incline.

Spiro who’s one of the owners was extremely accommodating and wonderful in taking care of us. Beautiful place all wonderful. The only positive suggestion is better orange juice 😉

The setting is beautiful with views over the bay. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The best thing though was the the staff. Their friendly and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach made our stay so extra special.

This property is very close to a lovely sandy beach and also a bus route so you can go to lots of beautiful beaches and go into skiathos town for the evening. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast delicious with so much choice. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is so clean the rooms are spotless. All the staff work so hard. The area is beautiful.

Relaxing holiday
Very Clean hotel in great location with a short walk to a stunning beach .The staff were all lovely people very friendly and helpful. George one of the managers gave us a lift to a local restaurant when we were finding difficult to get a transfer to the restaurant. The Chef Vaios takes great pride in his work and again very friendly .He makes different cakes each day which form part of the breakfast which is varied and high quality. The barman Demitrios is a star has great sense of humour and performs a Greek dance at the Hotel BBQ on a Sunday which is impressive. The staff were all likeable and so sociable it rubs off on the holidaymakers providing a great atmosphere at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and we had a very nice view from our hotel Balcony. We ate lunch at the hotel most days as it was so nice .We were accompanied by our 2 daughters of 18 and 21 and all of us enjoyed our stay at the Hotel .We would highly recommend this hotel and would book again when visiting the Island.

We loved the location of the hotel and the welcoming from both George and Spiros. All member's of staff were very friendly from the cleaners to the snack bar staff. The accommodation we stayed was what we expected from the pictures and we really liked how bright and modern the room was. Having stayed at the Skiathos Palace previously we are likely to return next year to La Luna.

Friendly and cleanliness is 10/10. There are lifts but you will still have a little climb. Stayed in many hotels in troulos and this has to be the best

A great place to stay.
Our room was spotless, everything was new. Shower was great, and the fridge was a great benefit. Cleaned, and clean towels every day, bed linen every 2nd day. Spiros and George literally cannot do enough for you. Breakfasts were great, and the poolside bar had everything you could want. The barbeque every Sunday is well worth the money.

La Luna is run by two brothers, spiros and george. Both are really lovely guys and they really make you feel at home. The hotel is on a hill but they have lifts you feel the walk up the drive too much. I', 67 and found it no problem. excellent location, great views. Will definitely go back

La Luna is run by two brothers Spiros and Geirge. They were absolutely charming and made our stay special. Nothing was too much property and they were always on hand to help us enjoy our stay. Our room was in the new block and it was very comfortabke and clean.

Amazing beach and sea view. Clean modern room. Clean lovely pool. Friendly staff went above and beyond any expectations. Walking distance to the beach and bus stops and shops. Couldn’t of asked for a better hotel, highly recommend!

Great hotel lovely friendly staff and spotless everywhere ... had a great bbq on the Sunday night which was really tasty !!! If I had to moan about anything it would be .... what time do some people get up to put a towel on a sunbed 😕 Never really bothered us we were a group of 4 and spent one day out of 10 by the pool the beach was a short walk down the hill and was amazing ... we looked out one morning at 7 and all the beds were gone !!! Saying that it didn’t spoil our holiday in any way and will be looking to go back again next year .... many thanks to all the staff that looked after us so well

Lovely hotel with great views
This is a lovely hotel with great views where the staff are extremely helpful, the cleanliness is first class and the food at breakfast is lovely with a wide choice. We had a car so getting around wasn't a problem, the hotel is situated between 2 bus stops so you do have to walk a little way along the road for the bus. Only negatives - it is about 500 metres to the nearest tavernas for which you have to walk along the road. We were given a lovely room with a big balcony, however not all the rooms are of this standard as friends of ours who were there on a package were not at all happy with their ground floor room and asked to be moved, this was done as soon as possible by the hotel staff who were again very helpful and understanding

On our arrival which was quite late we greeted by Spiros one of the bubbly twin brothers who run La Luna it is a family owned hotel. Nothing was too much trouble even taking my husband to the hospital the next day as he was feeling very unwell. We met George on the second day both brothers couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely be looking to stay with them again, the hotel is perched up high and has such beautiful views of Trulos Bay, Skiathos is a magical place with a little gem the La Luna Hotel now one of our favourite places - Thanks especially to the brothers. Ps....it only takes 10 minutes to get down on the beach so really the best of both worlds. Annette & Bob from Kent

La Luna - what a gem!!
It was a great holiday!! From the moment we arrived, to our departure we enjoyed every moment! Skiathos is a very special place. George and Spiros from La Luna, were fantastic throughout our stay! They were welcoming, generous, and always helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location. We will be returning again next year!

Fantastic hotel, Run by George and Spiros, 2 brothers who could not do enough for us. Hospitality was amazing. Fantastic views and so relaxing. Only 150 metres to the beach and also the bus stop which takes you to many of the other beautiful beaches on Skiathos. Would 100 % recommend this hotel.

Really cannot fault this hotel. Very friendly staff. Our room was perfect but Some of the rooms still need updating I was told. The breakfast was fantastic. Your personal choice and all freshly made. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately return.

Our stay at La Luna was made even more special thanks to George our wonderful host who went out of his way to make us feel so very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts we had were by far, the best we have ever had in any hotel. The sea views are fantastic and you are spoilt for several beautiful beaches within walking distance surrounding the hotel if you choose not to lounge by the pool.

Had a lovely holiday from start to finish.
Had lovely greeting when arriving at Hotel and shown to a beautiful room which looked newly renovated. Lots of thought and detail had been put into room and we loved it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful they all did an excellent job and were a great team of people.The holiday was one of the nicest we have had it was our 8th year going to the island of Skiathos and we have been to different hotels in that time but this is my favourite hotel.
