"The reception staff were more focused on other matters rather than their guests, even an acknowledgment would have been nice. The breakfast was good and the cleaning staff very happy and welcoming. Rooms were noisy during the night plus hard beds didn’t create a great sleeping experience. It’s close to lovely park and the house where Prince Philip was born - now a museum."

It is clear that the hotel has also seen recent improvements to a new bathroom and very modern air conditioning, the public lounge's area had a very homely feel for it too. To be honest I really liked the place"
