Dear Customer, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to recheck the presentation of our hotel in all websites. We are glad to see that the all presentations are correct and all hotel & room facιlities are clearly written. It is strange that you had totally wrong information and therefore you were unhappy before checking in your room. We would really like to know how did you get all these wrong information and you though you had booked totally different hotel. It might looks unpleasant to see a lizards in our balconies. Although disinsectisation is carried out in accordance with hotel hygiene rules, lizards live in large gardens with rich plants and trees, like our garden. We would really like to welcome you again in our property having correct details next time and we are sure you will enjoy your stay.
