Great venue for a family holiday in Chania area.
This was a great location for our family holiday in Chania. Walking distance to 4 beaches and plenty of tavernas and restaurants also within an easy walk. Apartments were clean with nice mini kitchens. Pool and bar area also excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I stayed in three different hotels during my week visit in Crete and hands down this was nicest property. The rooms were was awesome, the staff friendly and very helpful.

Good family space
Helios is very convenient to buses to Chania and the beach. You can walk to the beach which has lovely calm water. They have a nice pool and the apartment we had was a good space for a family. The breakfast was good and the service excellent. The downside was the A/C had a hard time keeping the bedrooms cool as it was based on the kitchen. Plus the WiFi was unreliable and slow. They had nice touches like books, games and pool toys available.

We got back from a 9 day stay at Helios Apartments last week and had a wonderful holiday . The apartment was spacious and clean,lovely balcony, comfy bed. The pool is brilliant, really nice food and delicious cocktails at the bar and the staff are so helpful, attentive and friendly. We had such a relaxing time! The location of Helios is very quiet ,yet so close to the beach and shops and restaurants. We would go back to Helios without hesitation and certainly will in the future. Lovely place to stay
We stayed for a week and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, fresh towels every day. It was quiet and relaxing. The location is good with plenty of restaurants in the area. The sunbeds were very comfortable and there was enough for everyone. A trip to Chania town by taxi is €8.

Friendly and affordable
Great location, walkable to beach. Greeted with welcome drink upon reception. Great pool and beautiful scenery. Big rooms with kitchenette. There was some hair leftover in the shower drain when we first arrived, but otherwise clean! Great place for the price.

Fantastic find
I had a fabulous stay at the helios hotel. We were greeted to an ouzo drink and homemade cake and shown to our room. The room was fabulously presented and very clean. The beds were very comfy, and although we could only book the 'basement' apartment, it was still lovely to sit out on the veranda. The Tv could have been better and the shower wasn't very powerful but these were easily ignored over the beauty of the surroundings in this hotel and the quality of the pool area. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and were able to advise on local tourist information. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends, as the hotel is three minutes from three beautiful beaches, and there are plenty of places to eat.

+ 4 Strände in der Nähe + Pool + Zuvorkommender Service + Große Zimmer + Preis/Leistung stimmt - im unserem Badezimmer hat es nach Kanalisation gerochen - Frühstück 10 Euro pro Erwachsenen, 5 Euro pro Kind fanden wir zu teuer

Rigtig god oplevelse! Intet at klage over. Der er ikke viskestykke, klud eller andet til rengøring af service i køkkenet - så det er en god idé at medbringe.

Clean and welcoming! Reall lovely!
Everything was fantastic!! This hotel is spotlessly clean, especially around the pool area. The rooms are huge and the mattress and pillows so comfy!

Fint hotel til prisen. Vi fik gratis opgradering på værelset. Pænt, rent og roligt. God plads ved poolen. Savnede dog klud, svamp, og viskestykke i køkkenet. Wi-Fi kunne være bedre.

Shoud have stayed one more night
We stayed only one night since we where going to Loutro. Loved Loutro by the way. But I wish we had stayed an extra night here so we could have used the nearby beach also. We only saw it in the dark. It was just 10 min walk to the local bus stop with busses every 30 min.

Fine dager på Helios
Ble positivt overrasket over leiligheten som var veldig bra. Daglig renhold som også omfattet oppvask var suverent! Hotellet ligger veldig bra til, nær minimarkeder, restauranter og flotte strender og kort vei til Chania by.
