Well what can we say, this place is amazing! Cannot fault the hotel, rooms, staff, location or food! I had been following Santorini Sky prior to arriving, hoping that it could be as good as the pictures, and it didn’t disappoint. It was just amazing. Great hotel in an unique historic setting. Very convent location by the harbour with multiple restaurants and landmarks in a walking distance. The a la carte breakfast is very delicious with great variety. We will definitely frequent once again

Lovely , well appointed spacious room Staff charming

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

I could not recommend this hotel enough! It is a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of Fira but a short walk away. The area it situated in is absolutely pefect as it is so calm and relaxing and two minutes walk to watch the famous Santorini sunset without all the crowds like you get in oia and Fira . Gorgeous quiet boutique Hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautifully designed.

This is a truly charming hotel, in a great location. The service was so so welcoming it gave us the best start to our holiday in Crete. The staff recommended great local food and the breakfast was just wonderful. I am so glad we went there. We will definitely be going back.

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. The Renieris Hotel is perfectly located, super clean and a very well organised, friendly hotel, perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday close to Chania. The rooms are very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean by a lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. Best place ever! Our stay was just a dream come true! The staff is very professional and very nice especially people who work in the restaurant for breakfast! The hotel is beautiful and so quiet. The monetary is such a find. We booked this as a treat at the end of a family holiday. The location is perfect, so central. Just down a cute side street. The accommodation is beautiful - renovated to a high standard. The receptionists were so friendly always making time to talk to us about our day or help with anything. Great staff and lovely property. The reception team were absolutely fantastic, lovely check in with enthusiastic staff that answered all questions and offered any information we needed. The rooms we stayed in were immaculate with so many luxurious features if you choose to upgrade. The breakfast served on our terrace and the room service staff also 1st class. The hotel staffs were all accomodating and friendly.We arrived late in the evening.
