Amazing stay at Cape 9!!! The Villa was beautiful and clean and the staff were so helpful with everything from car rental, to where to go for food, and also booking activities. They made us feel comfortable and gave us the best honeymoon experience!! Highly recommend. 10/10.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! I will definitely be coming back. Quiet and clean area. Perfect for families or even just for people that want to relax and rewind. Staff is super friendly and there is plenty of dining options in the area. The view is spectacular! Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful and spacious villa with amazing staff and host - Katerina was awesome and went out of her way to make us feel at home! Breakfast was included with our stay which is a real bonus but there are several bakeries on the way to Fira if you hire a car. A car is a must as the Villa is about 45minutes from Oia and 25minutes from Fira. Katerina arranged a car rental for us and they dropped and picked up the car from the Villa. The rental company gave us a free transfer to the airport. Transfers to and from the port or hotel can be very expensive - around 50€. So if your are flying in, consider getting a car rental from the airport to avoid transfer fees. Also note, parking can be an issue in Oia and Fira. This is the perfect place to say if you want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists in Oia and Fira. Also, although dining options are less In Akrotiri, they are waaaaay cheaper. We paid 170€ for a mediocre lunch In Oia and 80€ for a fantastic dinner in Akrotiri - I think it was called Mistelli. Views are spectacular and the heated pool a bonus!

Such a beautiful property. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, lots of areas for socialising (both indoor and outdoor). The staff went out of their way to make out stay as enjoyable as possible. They made great suggestions of places to eat and arranged free transfers for us, and were very hospitable in providing us with a room to use after checkout on the day we left due to having late flights. would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The villa is superb and spacious with a lovely interior, outside areas for eating and drinking and you own private plunge pool. The hotel staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. They also helped us arrange a hire car delivered to the hotel and a lovely catamaran trip for our 2nd week even though we wouldn’t still be staying in this property at the time of the trip. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance but most require a walk up a steep hill from Akrotiri which is challenging in the heat. However, this is an easy compromise for the stunning views of the Caldera and the peace and tranquillity. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay at cape 9! We stayed in the superior honeymoon suite which overlooked directly the caldera. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so helpful. The suit was really really nice, so relaxing to just hang out by our private pool and relax. The bed was super comfy and good for relaxing. We loved our stay and recommend the property!

We loved everything about the property and peace and comfort it offered. The hotel was excellent and well-managed. Staff were super nice and helpful. The property is located in an area far from public transportation, though. But the good news is if you have rented a car or a scooter, you won’t need anything else and can enjoy the quite area. Cape 9 is right next to a little village that takes you to the Akrotiri archeological site, which is a MUST SEE. You can take a few photos here and there in the village and see how the older and real houses in the island would look like as well as enjoying some nice little restaurants and mini and super markets 10-min walk away. We asked the hotel to organize rides to one of the towns and places and they did excellent jobs. The rides, transfers, even rentals can all be done with the friendly staff. Thank you the staff at the Cape 9 hotel very much! You all made our short trip to the island memorable, magical and unforgettable!

We came here for our 25 years anniversary. First, I would like to mention the very nice, friendly, and always ready to help, staff. Joanna and the Team were always ready to help. Arrangements of activities were a breeze; breakfast was authentic and yummy. We ordered lunch several times, and it was very tasteful with local ingredients as well. By the end of our vacation we had a massage session from massage therapists Panos and Eva from Thira Forms studio. What a wonderful experience it was. Felt as we were born again. Highly recommend. The property was immaculately clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location is very convenient, so it is away from hordes of tourists coming from cruise ships, and providing privacy. Nice caldera view and authentic Greek restaurants nearby complement it. The Bus stop is 10 minutes walk. All in all, we enjoyed staying in Cape 9 and would definitely stay next time!

We had a fantastic stay and an even better experience. Quiet, beautiful views of the whole island, private and some of the most knowledgeable staff. The suites were very clean and had lots of space. The pool deck was spacious and outdoor dining space and loungers were taken advantage of. The staff was unmatched in service levels. They were extremely accommodating, timely, and full of knowledge and recommendations for the area. The included breakfast was phenomenal and quite large. The menu and drinks also did not disappoint. Highly recommend choosing Cape 9 for your stay on Santorini!

Our Deluxe villa was superb. Having a bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and ensuite. The bedroom on the lower level was large with a king sized bed , the bathroom was on the ground floor. Excellently maintained and presented. Great local knowledge and recommendations. Look forward to returning.

Stayed at Cape 9 from Sept. 20 through Sept. 27, 2021, and it was fantastic! Beautiful suite! Gorgeous setting, and a fantastic location with wondrous views all around! Katerina was wonderful and helped us plan great adventures while in Santorini (including a great day-long wine tour and a beautiful horseback ride at sunset). Ioannis (a Cornell graduate) was wonderful with his care and dedication to our enjoyment of our stay. No detail was left unaddressed. Our private pool was wonderful and, in fact, all the suites and villas had great privacy. It is in Akotiri (not in the main village, but on the cliff overlooking the Caldera - picturesque!), and at first we thought Akotiri might be too far from "the action" in the larger villages of Fira or Oia - but we were wrong! It is a short drive, and the staff arranged it all. We rented a car during our stay (easy), but they also arranged for our airport transfers without any problems. The location (and VIEW!!) is superb. The lighthouse is a 5 minute drive, and the cute town of Akotiri is just as close. The complimentary breakfast at Cape 9 each morning was great, and our room attendants kept everything neat, clean and without a want in the world. You can truly escape here from reality, and this was one of the best trips ever! Highly recommended!

I have never stayed at a better hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean! The views are amazing!! The staff treated us like family. The staff also catered to our every need and paid close attention to detail. They planned excursions for us, arranged transportation and covid testing, and kept us informed the entire trip. I have never had a better accommodation than here! I highly recommend staying here.

Very good stay
Very well overall, nice house, great service, clean conditions. The only two things are 1) the floor and steps are too slippery, both my daughter and myself got slippers and hurt ourselves mildly on the elbows. 2) breakfast food could be better. The fruits eg grapes and cherries are too old and not fresh at all. Pancakes are too hard to chew.

The most perfect, idyllic place to stay in Santorini. You will need a car but everything is very near. Nice to come back to peace and quiet after a day of sight seeing and shopping. Very clean villas with your own plunge pool and swimming pool you share with two other villas. Accommodation is on 3 levels and very spacious. Has all the amenities you need and food is superb. Andreas and his staff look after you as if you are family and has all the contacts and island information you seek. We had a wonderful time and my mum was especially happy with her 75th birthday treat! Thank you!

The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Whenever we ask something, they bring it right away! They speak very politely and very nicely as well. All of them are so nice! House keeping, maintenance, office staff, shuttle driver, everyone was very nice. Property is very beautiful. Awesome view of the pool and the ocean right in front of our villa. The only thing I would've liked to have is heated hot tub. The private hot tub in each villa is not warm enough to go in. Due to the weather in April, water is very cold. So pool was very cold. Our private hot tub water was cold too. We didn't ask them to see if they can warm the hot tub water. They are so nice already we didn't want to bother them with more requests.

The place is amazingly beautiful and peaceful. The staff is extremely caring and helpful and makes sure that the guests are well taken care of. Its only 23 minutes from the airport. I would love to recommend this place to anyone wishing to go to Santorini for vacation.

Perfect for someone
Unfortunately the weather was not the best. It was very cold and windy. The villa was lovely but very remote. We would have preferred being in oai. Going into town to eat is about a 20 minute ride so you will be eating in your room ( ordering from the restaurant on site). The food is good and the service is prompt. We just like options. It would have been nice to walk around and have places to choose from. I can't say enough about how extremely kind every one is here. Andres made sure we we had everything we needed. He was so kind!

Absolutely Amazing!!
Cape 9 Villas was the absolute best!! The food, the service, comfort of the beds, coziness/privacy of the villa, the views and of course the staff was the best stay of the entire trip (and we stayed at some amazing other places). Whatever and whenever we needed something they were there for us! If you want to stay at an unforgettable Villa book here!! They will make your reservations, book tours, provide cars or anything and everything else in between!! Also enjoyed having Netflix in the room :)

Beautiful Villa with a great view. The staff goes above and beyond. Recently open so the property is nice and clean. Only at most a 10 min drive into Fira and 30 min to Oia. Would definitely stay again!
