This was a beautiful property the room was clean and the landscaping is amazing the beach is in site quite pebbly bring water shoes but the water is amazingly clear and that beautiful Greece blue. Restaurants nearby and staff is very accommodating. I did.not like the food but I’m picky about food. So don’t completely trust me but the property is nice. Rooms have pools right in front affords you privacy

Positives: The staff were so friendly and willing to help. Especially the reception staff. The room was fine, air conditioning worked really well and bed was comfy. Our balcony had a small sea view and lovely sunsets. Negatives: The property does need some maintenance, the rails down to the pool broke during our stay and they were not fixed, just removed. If you had elderly people or people with mobility issues then this would not have been safe. Lots of the sunbeds were broken and there's a shortage as it is so this needs addressing. When we stayed in 2019, there were lots of cocktail options included in the all inclusive. In 2023, only 3 during the day and then more at night. This was fine because we drank gin/wine/beer but it wasn't ideal. The cups too are really poor, we had read the reviews and so brought our own bamboo cups. They are also terrible for the environment!! It would been good to use sustainable cups in the day and in the evening, have glass. It's pretty rubbish drinking a nice evening drink out of a flimsy coffee like cup. Talking of the environment, the fact you can't fill up your refillable water bottle is ridiculous. I'd happily drink the tap water but wasn't able to fill up my bottle. I had to buy water bottles in plastic from the mini mart. CONCLUSION: On the whole, this stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The beach is great and we loved Rhodes town. This hotel offers a nice stay but needs some improvements to make it a true 4*.

Fine but not wonderful and glad we left after two nights. The water slides were good but pool was a bit dirty and everything looked a bit dated and delapidated. I wouldn’t be booking up again but on the plus side the food was ok and plentiful. Just don’t order a g&t!

Excellent staff and food
Spent a lovely couple of weeks at this hotel. Rooms. We had a top floor garden view room as requested, these rooms are ok as long as you are not expecting great views as they are blocked by the large palm trees. Rooms below on floors 2 & 3 have got balconies which in hindsight would have been a better option. If you do not like a lot of outside noise in the room then DO NOT request a pool view room as you will get the daytime pool music and the evening / bar entertainment which is all outside until 0100. The matress was very firm, not sure if they were all like that, we used the allocated swim up room on our last day for shower etc and the rooms are lovely with wetroom bathroom and beds with very comfortable matresses. Service. The service in this hotel is excellent in ALL areas. Reception are super helpful, the restaurant staff cannot do enough for you and are managed very well by the lovely Maria (cheers for the birthday bubbles). Poolside snack bar staff again are super friendly and helpful (cheers for all the "special coffees"). Bar staff Danial and Geordie are a great team, keeping the place buzzing all night and some great banter. The choice of music could be more varied and the volume reduced later at night. That said they are very entertaining and very hard working. Unless you sit inside the bar area at this hotel you can only drink from PAPER COFFEE cups, which is not what i want to do in the evening on holiday. Girly trip
We went for a girly holiday. From the first day we had a rocky start, room was not up to our standard, we spoke to michalitsa (guest relations manager) she resolved the issue immediately. She is such a nice person. She was very apologetic. However she was always there if we had any issues. I can’t fault her. She turned into a friend for us. The entertainment team (Martin and Valerie) were fantastic! All the staff were so polite I cannot fault them. The life guard (Aris) was so welcoming. I couldn’t swim and he taught me how to swim. Bar men were so good! Drinks were flowing every evening. They didn’t give you one drink at a time like most hotels do. Alex, Daniel, George Jordan, Mike are excellent very welcoming nice people to have a laugh with too. Maria the restaurant manager was sooo polite. Me and my friends were vegetarian and there was not much varieties she went out of her way to make vegetarian pizza for us. Chef was also very polite. Front desk manager Virginia was really friendly and accommodating. Overall the staff were so polite and friendly. We loved our holiday.

We had to ask to change room as we were virtually into of the nightly entertainment. Only a shower no bath and vet basic mattresses on the beds. Communal areas were bright and clean. Staff very helpful, especially on reception. Room clean was ok - hair left in plug hole for three days. Overall good not fantastic. Courtesy room average

The resort is one of the better ones in the area. The resort is clean, easy access to the sea and beach, nice pools, free sun-beds and good treat at the spa. A good family resort. Whilst the hotel is nice, the food could be improved and served warmer than what it was. Failing that, a short walk onto the main road offers some decent restaurants.

Tired hotel needs some TLC
The staff and food ( although repetitive options at every meal) were good and the waiters and waitresses were quick to clear away. Nice to have free wine or beer st every meal whether you were half board. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean. The wooden slats in the showers are rotten and smell and there were ants and bugs all over the place. The balcony bounced and I was wary of standing on it and the directors chair was covered in mildew stains. They were rotten. Other visitors need to be aware that this hotel is directly in the flight path of landing aircraft but you can’t hesr them in the rooms and it can be fascinating outside. There’s not much outside the resort and the “beach” is a small pebble strip.

Think before you book
The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The outside area is good, although there are no areas to get away from smokers. The food was good, although not much difference every day. The room needed a lot of attention, damp patches, collapsing shower floor and the bed was the worst I have ever slept in. Whilst bedding was changed regularly the sheets just didn't fit and came off every night. No mattress protectors and poor state of mattress. We were provided with a kettle as soon as asked. Entertainment was awful and only lasted about half an hour in the evening. Very close to sea, but not suitable for children as rough and shelving with strong tides. Difficult to get in and out.

Nice short stay
Hotel was lovely overall, the two men on the bar at night were really friendly but the shady time pool bar didn’t smile once! The beds around the pool need to be more comfortable and you get used to the low flying planes. The room was nice and clean.

Needs more than a little help
We were taken to a different, quite revolting hotel as they had overbooked. I had kicked up a fuss so they had given us a room which had ripped up flooring, mould up the walls, ants and ant powder everywhere and the most horrific smell. We refused the now legendary 401 room but they then put a honeymoon couple in their 3 hours later and all we heard was people kicking off. We eventually got a room in the hotel in the second night which was fine, still mould and damp problems and skirting boards hanging off. Food was pretty poor but we found something to eat. The staff are pretty inefficient and rude and management hid away the entire week. I saw 2 people in 3 days fall on a man cover next to the pool by the bar and not one member of staff go and assist To fact that when we got there there were around 20-25 people complaining and that’s all we heard around the pool the entirety of our trip says it all Having to contact hotels.com to see if I can get a refund for the first night due to not actually staying in the hotel I had booked

We enjoyed our stay however the room as a big let down as the shower, leaked not only over the bathroom floor but also into the rest of the room, it was obvious this had been happening for a while as the wall was all damp. We called the maintenance in to fix it but there was no improvement. Also one day the they swapped the fridge without any warning for a fridge that bearly worked, when we asked about this they said the old one was not working. Was not impressed with the food most nights ( theme night food was about better).

Beautiful beach hotel location & generally nice staff but food frequently reheated in different forms from previous meal which was disappointing! I had read reviews to this effect prior to booking but thought I'd give benefit of doubt and went ahead. It wasn't awful in my opinion but not great, although my partner felt it was very unappetising as did some of the other guests we spoke to!!! Our 'swim up' room as advertised doesn't connect to the pool which we thought was a little mis-leading and although sort of nice was a little pointless especially considering the extra cost! The room itself (105) was ok except for bad mould and damp problems in bathroom, two way glass which we thought very strange (should have been frosted) so you're partner needs to vacate the room for privacy when you need the toilet!!! We saw another room with frosted glass as expected when we checked out!!! Finally the pillows & mattress we awful... We asked for replacement pillows but the mattress was about as cheap as it gets... You could feel every spring! Again we found at end of holiday not every room was like this! Our neighbour in 106 had to vacate due to their room flooding after a shower & a new guest checked in the very next day to find out was still flooding!!! Also Wi-Fi is up & down more times than a YoYo! Such a shame as this place really does have potential & could/ should have been so much more, especially for the price!!!

Hotel ok. Staff very nice. Beach non existent. Just stones. Sea clear and warm. Pool toilets awful. Food ok though little choice. Drinks ok. Local g & t nice. Local beer good.

AMAZING
We only stayed one night as a treat as it was end of our holiday but the staff was amazing, food was amazing and walking straight on to the beach from the hotel garden was just amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone family, friends or couples it was just Amazing

A hotel that makes you feel truly welcome
We stayed AI for 2 weeks this August. The hotel is perfectly situated on the shingle beach with lovely sunbathing areas close by for €3 per bed. But if you don't want to pay for a bed the hotel allow you to take their own sun loungers and towels on the beach. I must say the food and drinks were fantastic, I have not found a AI hotel that is fully AI as the All Senses Ocean Blue before. Ice cream of all flavours all day, any cocktail you want, even if you have one of your own and the local wine/beer was very nice too. The staff are excellent (to many names to mention) and make sure they do everything to make your holiday one to remember. The restaurant staff work so hard and keep the restaurant replenished with fresh food and clean tables all the time. There is such a fantastic variety of food throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Greek, Italian and Asian nights were lovely and found I did no need to go out of the hotel for meals and waste my money as the hotel had it all. The entertainment is light but suited us as they were not forcing you into things you couldn't or didn't want to do(pool games,aqua swim,volley ball and yoga). Greek dancers and acrobat entertainment some nights and entertainment team do quizzes the other nights and also do a mini disco for little children. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to go away and relax and meet some fantastic people. A 10 min local bus ride to explore the magnificent Rhodes Town and boat ride to Lindos is a must.

Cannot fault the amazing staff at this hotel from the manager Dimitri, waiters/ waitresses (Christopher, sandro + Antony) and the lovely female manager of the restaurant whose name I’ve forgotten as well as amazing spa manager Anna - nothing was too much trouble and our feedback was appreciated and acted upon which made our stay even better. The hotel is conveniently situated right by the beach (pebble beach) and a short and pleasant bus ride away from Rhodes town (approx 15-20 mins). It is also quite reasonably priced to get a taxi to attractions such as the water park, butterfly valley and Kallithea (from €15-25). The rooms come with a pool directly outside the room which is a great addition especially considering the price! The food (we had breakfast and dinner included in our package) was spot on, lots of variety for all meals, great ambience with different themed dinners every other day. Generally excellent value for money and can not wait to revisit as it was such a pleasant stay! The only area which could be improved is a slight upgrade and room cleanliness which we relayed to management and he took very seriously and we understand is in the works as the hotel is being renovated. Wonderful staff, wonderful fellow guests, we made some good friends and would highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, lovely beach.
Hotel was beautiful as were the grounds and beach although pebbly. Very disappointed with the room we had smelt of damp and had some mould on the walls. The shower had planks of wood screwed to the floor and shower head wall. Needed to wear flip flops to shower as you could see dirt in between the slats - very un hygenic.. The food was lovely although a bit repetitive - we experienced one themed night ‘Greek’ which was lamazing - the only day pita bread was served. We have stayed all inclusive many times and the only thing that let it down was the snacks during the day on offer was ‘cling filmed’ sandwiches and homebaked cookies - not very appartising, self served different flavoured ice cream cones were amazing. Drinks were extensive and pulled a punch but again disappointed that last all inclusive drinks finished at 11. Our overall experience was that it was a lovely small friendly hotel that needed some updating. We even enjoyed the plane spotting!
