Excellent hotel. Beautiful views. However, pool is right on top of busy walkway and offers no privacy from people walking along. Some people even reach over and dip hands in the pool! Aside from that issue, nothing but 5 stars.

Yes what you said is very true. Our pool overlooks the caldera and the path Fira-Oia runs between the caldera and the hotel, so people can look into the restaurant and the swimming pool. That was the only way to be able to have one of the largest swimming pools in the village of Imerovigli. So we took it to the edge for the sake of the view. We are indeed sorry if this was uncomfortable for you as a guest.We are glad that all other facilities and services were to your liking.We hope to see you back at the Aeifos Boutique Hotel

Hotel was lovely and view is beautiful. The staff were all brilliant, polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good also. Couldn’t fault the hotel and had a great stay. Felt worth while getting the caldera view room.

The staff were incredibly attentive and could not do enough for us and our young daughter. They were very accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and has amazing views. One of the biggest highlights was the quality of food which was exceptional (including at the fine dining restaurant!). We will be coming back and staying here again’

Our stay at Aeifos was one of the best we've ever had in any city. The hotel was just so beautiful, clean and all the staff were very attentive to all its guests. I particularly loved the little treats that were left on our bed when we came back for the evening, yummy mini cakes and fresh fruit and bubbly on our first night! The view from our room was stunning, I can't explain how beautiful the sunset looked with the sea and volcano in view. We were glad we picked this hotel over the many others we were considering as the location was great too. It was only a 20 min walk (plus an amazing view along the way) along the coastline to Fira where all the bus links are, but a little bit of an uphill hike from Fira to Aeifos- it didn't bother us at all though as we were prepared to walk a lot in Santorini! The breakfast every morning was amazing, you had the option of sweet and savoury and also having freshly cooked food as well. We certainly stuffed ourselves every morning as the breakfast was that good! If I was to come to Santorini again, I'd definitely stay at Aeifos and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was perfect!! The view was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great, a little quieter than Fira or Oia but only 30 min walk to the action in Fira. The breakfast buffet was delicious! And we were able to use the showers in the gym area to shower before heading to the airport since we had checked out earlier in the day and had a late flight.

The hotel was gorgeous. In a very convenient location, away from crowded areas but still in 15 mins walking distance from Fira. We had a room with private pool and absolutely it. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Specially Catharina was very kind and sweet, and made our stay in Santorini memorable. I definitely will stay in Aeifos hotel when I come back to Santorini again.

Excellent hotel!
We stayed five nights at this wonderful hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a Caldera view and hot tub. The location is excellent as near enough to walk to restaurants but still at a quieter part. The views were beautiful. The hotel is small and friendly and staff also very professional. They know to get the balance right between helping, being friendly but knowing guest may need space too. The rooms and housekeeping are of a high standard. The pool area is roomy as is the pool compared to other hotels. The restaurant is of a high standard and definitely worth eating in. The food is more towards “ fine dining” than other local restaurants and there are taster courses not mentioned on the menu. The lane at the front gives easy access to walks both to Fira and to Oia but was quiet when we stayed as tourists tend not to walk out there as much. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel for the high standards and excellent staff.

We had an incredible stay. The service was impeccable - the hotel coordinated transport for us to from the airport to the hotel late at night. Even though our stay was short, the hotel was clean and pretty, the breakfast and food was excellent, and the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We would gladly stay here again!

Top-notch service! There’s a continental breakfast buffet which also has a few made-to-order items, and they’ll bring whatever you like to your room, free of charge. The woman in charge of this always remembered our previous order so we could simply re-order it. No hassle. It came promptly to the room with lots of variety of items to try. One day, when we attempted to call a cab through the front desk and all cabs were running behind, the concierge volunteered to call our destination and move back the appointment. Each staff member seemed to be aware of who we were and what the situation was. When it came time to leave, we had to check out at 6am, which was before the kitchen would open, so they prepared sandwiches the night before and had them packaged up nicely for us at checkout. Service was speedy and there was always someone who spoke English available to help us. The staff only once or twice had to ask us our room number. This is a small hotel with a relatively small staff, so they are often able to assist you just by remembering your face. Can’t recommend enough.

Bellissima struttura, piccola ma facilmente accessibile dal retro anche in macchina (non è scontato nella zona, quindi evita di portare i bagagli a mano nelle viuzze). Il posizionamento è strategico a metà strada tra Imerovigli e Fira raggiungibili a piedi. Personale molto cordiale che ci ha dato buoni suggerimenti di ristoranti e di visite. La piscina, purché abbastanza piccola, é tra le più spaziose degli alberghi della zona.

Superbe hôtel, une équipe avec un grand sens du service et de l’accueil. Vue exceptionnelle sur le volcan et la caldeira, couché de soleil incroyable !!. Situation géographique parfaite à Imerovigli, loin de la foule, à 20’ à pied du centre de Fira où nous prenions différents bus pour visiter. Arrêt de bus à 10´ dans le village pour s’acheminer à Oia. Je conseille cet établissement très bien situé et très calme.

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Poolanlage, wobei die Liegen trotz Sonnenschein und passenden Temperaturen - Anfang April - nicht aufgestellt wurden. Das Personal wirkte insgesamt leider sehr unbeholfen. Bei den Speisen und Getränken passte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch unter Beachtung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten nicht. So blieben insbesondere beim Abendessen die Gäste aus.

Dear Mrs Anika, Thank you very much for taking the time to write about our hotel. We appreciate the fact you found Aeifos clean and well maintained. For the rest of your comments we would like to contribute our inputwith the below comments Our pool area is not in operation yet because of the temperatures and the extreme weather conditions we are experiencing on and off in the island. For the last 15 days we had some partial sunshine and we had set-up tables and chairs for those guests who desire to sit outside. However the pool and the sunbeds have not been set-up because of the weather conditions. Winds can be very dangerous this time of the year and can be a hazard to our guest safety. With regards to our food, had you tried it, we are sure you would have found it very good value for money. We have a fine dinning cuisine from an aclaimed Greek chef, at our Pergeros Restaurant, which is a gastronomic experience. In as far as our drinks are concerned, for example a Negroni cocktail costs 13 euro and an Apperol Spritz 12 euro. We are truly sorry you found them expensive. We are pretty certain that we are in line with the current market prices, if not a little less expensive. However what counts most for us is your impression and your experience of our hotel, and for that we are truly sorry we did not exceeded your expectations. For the awckardness of our staff as you mention we will take this up on our next training session and we thank you for your input. Super Lage, toller Ausblick , zuvorkommendes Personal , alles bestens . Kann man nur empfehlen . Einfach Klasse , toller und riesiger Pool im Gegensatz was die anderen bieten .

Amazing stay in a brand new hotel
Excellent, brand new hotel with an amazing staff. Great location in Imerovigli. Perfect food served by very hospitable personnel. One thing is the high standard in terms of modern building, great infinity pool, and comfortable rooms (ours had a hot-tub on the terrace and amazing electrochromic glass between a room and shower). But more importantly, it is the people working there, who made our stay incredible.
