The rooms were large with very comfortable beds and great views over Noida. The evening meal was great with really lovely service and food. The breakfast was pretty rubbish with very limited options. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Dileep is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. On more than one occasion he went out of his way to help us, arranged transportation, spoke with our Uber drivers in Hindi to ensure we were ok, always had a smile on his face, and he made our stay in India far exceed our expectations. Oof room was very dirty with spots on the carpet and water damaged closets. So the manager Chirag Agarwal on duty at 9 pm checkin time promised us that he will not charge for the restaurant that evening but upon checkout he denied that he promised that. We have stayed many times in this hotel, but I have to say that this is no longer a 4,5-5 star hotel. The hotel i starting to be very worn out, during our stay the pool was closed and was rebuildt, also on the floor where we stayed there was paintwork being done in the hallways, none of these ongoing works are mentioned when you book the hotels The rooms are also worn out, the carpets have damages and in the toilet some metalparts are very rusty, also it was not very clean. The service was also not very good as staff did not know about the benefits that came with our roomtype, also some foods was sold out and no local beer available. In the end we got our benefits, but it was a hazzle.. Only good thing is that beds are very comfortable.
