"I was pleasantly surprised about my experience at this apartment. I have stayed at Columbus Heights before and was not satisfied. This apartment was very clean and accommodating, and had a wonderful view fromthebalcony. It was like a little home away from home. Agent was pleasant and reachable. I would certainly stay there again, without a second thought. "

"Overall great resort but I would select another for my next trip. Check in was a little slower then expected with the platinum package, we waited around 10 min to get taken to our check in location. Staff was super helpful and kind and we were escorted to our rooms. Amenities are great the room service, lots food options, casino/ nightclub and spa. Beach was beautiful and they regularly cleaned the algae thats typical for this time of year. The night life at this hotel left a lot to be desired...
