"My stay at Hotel RIU was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was so courteous, friendly, and welcoming. Honestly, the hospitality was one of the best parts of my experience! Everyone I encountered was so pleasant and helpful. The entertainment crew deserves a special shoutout because they did an incredible job keeping us entertained! The food was also great! Although I only ate at the buffet, it never disappointed. Everything was always on point! I loved all the amenities, and whenever I had a question or needed maintenance assistance, the response was always quick. My only complaint was that my villa was all the way in the back, which made getting around a little inconvenient. But other than that, I have absolutely no complaints! This was my first time staying at RIU, and it definitely won’t be my last! The hospitality, food, entertainment, and overall experience made my vacation so enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️"
