The cottage was beautifully kept and very clean plus had a large secure garden for our sausage dog. There were all the items you need for a holiday although we didn't cook, and the emergency teabags, coffee/sugar sachets, and milk pots, came in handy as we arrived too late to do a shop.It was a 5 minute walk onto a lovely sandy beach plus there was bakery 5 minutes in the opposite direction that we went to most days for breakfast baps, coffees and pasties. There are also 2 chip shops near the cottage but the nearer and nicer one only accepted cash.Apart from the lovely beach, there's not much to do in Scratby but there were walks and attractions a short drive away.We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We had a great time at the cottage, welcoming, well equipped and cosy too. The cottage garden was a good size for our dog. The beach at Scratby is lovely, big and sandy. Super for our dog as were all the beaches we visited in the area.Overall the cottage is a good base for exploring this part of Norfolk and we got to visit lots of places during our week's stay.
